Stayed here for a couple of nights on our way back to NSW. Couldn't really fault it. The pool was amazing, so clean that it actually sparkled. The staff were so friendly and very helpful It was lovely BBQing hearing the little chirps from the finches in aviary nearby. So relaxing. Our room suited us just fine, clean with a little kitchenette. It is just a short walk to a shopping centre and a few eateries. Great place to stop to break your journey up. Recommend it.

We have been staying in the park fulltime, while hubby completes work. Very friendly attentive staff. Grounds staff do a marvelous job of lawns, gardens and upkeep. Nothing is too much trouble . Even assisting when our fridge went of the blink. Any issue is dealt with in a timely manner. Other full timers are just lovely to engage with also. Easy access to all within city limits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Toowoomba at the Big4. The new owners Vaughn was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the water (no fault of the owner) and it was fixed asap. Ammenities we’re in working order and very clean. Great park

This would be Australias most unfreindly Staffed Park. We cancelled on Arrival due to the Receptionist making a Booking era with side by side sites as requested, there No apology, she just wanted to Argue, after I asked for a business card with contact for refund, as no staff on to refund, The park is Old, Pokey, location in Dense Residential Area, We are qlders and have Travelled Australia and never experienced such disorganised unfreindly, unhelpful staff. We can handle an Old park, but no Unfreindly unhelpful Staff. A first for us!

We stayed nearly 3 weeks. We had the best powered site. No 26. Beautiful park great staff. We really loved our time there. It’s so close to shops yet pretty quiet. Except for the helicopters or ambulance but u can’t complain about that. Our dog was welcomed too. Thanks big 4. See u next time

This is in a quiet location with shopping facilities not far away. Our cabin was older style but clean and airy. There was an area to sit outside at the back of the cabin . You will need to drive to all major attractions

Cottage 51 The floor was revolting! Baby was black in less than an hr. Felt very uncomfortable after this. Was given a 10 person room after booking an 8 birth as we needed 2 queen beds, couldn't fit Portacot in third bedroom so was useless. Shower head sprayed everything but your body and when the hot was working, no cold needed. Wore Thongs in shower, floor was orange and hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. Jiff would come in handy. Don't expect face washers or toiletries. TV didn't work in the bedroom. Bed was hard and up against the Window with blind as headboard. Overall not the best stay.

Lovely and well kept park The en suite facilities were excellent and the help yourself herb garden a nice touch Definitely value for money.We only stayed one night in our motor home but would definitely return .Good pool area for families and laundry facilities
