We would definitely stay at Franklin Mount Guest House again, and have recommended to friends who like to visit Harrogate. It is decorated beautifully and has little lots of little extras like fresh milk in the fridge in the room rather than those awful little cartons, phone charger, clock and nice lighting! Breakfast was delicious. Host were great too.

Just got back from a lovely couple of days staying in this fabulous guesthouse. We received the warmest of welcomes from our host Vanja. We stayed in Room 2 with the four poster bed. It had the comfiest bed and pillows and the room was spotlessly clean. We paid for an early check in and cream tea, which was lovely. The breakfasts were equally as good. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. This will be our go to for any future stays in Harrogate. Fully deserving of all the 5* reviews.

A rather late review, but better late then never. We stayed here again for the Great Yorkshire Show as we so loved it 2 years ago. Stayed for 3 nights this time and again was not disappointed by anything. Location is excellent, close to the centre but quiet. Rooms excellent and breakfast is fabulous. There is nothing not to like about this fab place.

Our daughters treated us to a night away for our Ruby anniversary at this delightful guest house in a lovely area of Harrogate. Our hosts provided all the information required for gaining entry in their absence along with a parking permit for the duration of our stay. The very spacious room on the top floor had a huge very comfortable bed and an honesty bar was downstairs. Breakfast was fabulous. An absolutely lovely place to stay with lovely hosts. Thank you.

Enjoyed our one night stay at the Franklin Mount Boutique Guesthouse which was in a great location for visiting Harrogate, and within walking distance. It’s a lovely, quirky place with very friendly, helpful owners who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and well presented. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Fabulous one night stay at Franklin Mount! Gorgeous decor, in quiet area but only 10 mins walk to centre. Plenty of on street parking with permit provided by hosts who are very friendly and accommodating. They have thought of everything! Bed so comfy! Full English breakfast is amazing! Plenty of choices for breakfast, other than full English and vegan choice too. Booking, communication and stay was easy from start to finish. Will definitely book again!

We have stayed in very many B&B’s in GB and downunder and this rates with the best of them. Well deserving of the top spot for the Harrogate area. Top quality accommodation and breakfast in an ideal location for a stay in the town. Next time we visit Harrogate this will be our first place to check for!

What can I say. The room was absolutely amazing. So clean and funky decor with the comfiest bed ever. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who accommodated any need outside of the normal routine. Parking permits ready on arrival. Only a 15 minute walk into town and to the train station. Some amazing restaurants (Vivido Itslian & Effe's turkish). Cant wait to stay again. Get booking everyone. Nikki & Kev x
