Check in was very pleasant, greeted by a very welcoming gentlemen that assisted us. The room was cozy, and we had a relaxing sleep on the comfortable beds provided. Shower was good but at times the water was Lukewarm and could be addressed. Dinner and breakfast was really delicious and compliments to the Chef. I will be visiting again, awesome and friendly staff.

Thank you to Jacques and the team for Outstanding service. Villa Paradiso is everything and more. The rooms and Mountain Villa was stunning. The event when seamless and their staff and catering service were on point.

This property needs attention. Toilets in bad shape. Shower is leaking. Paint. Paint, Paint. Curtains full of holes. Beds is so small you battle to sleep two people on it.

With so much that Harties has to offer, Villa Paradiso was just thee perfect wedding venue. It’s beautiful, serene and panoramic views of the Hartebeespoort dam, beautiful lawns and garden, just picture perfect venue. It felt like we are somewhere in Stellenbosch. The breakfast are is warm with nice playing music at the background including fireplace to keep everyone warm. Its tranquility is unmatched, they also have a chapel. The staff also goes extra mile to ensure that every guest feels home. The place is close to places of interest like Harties cable way, village mall, Little Paris and many more

Jacques and the team always provide excellent service and are extremely accommodating and helpful. This was our 3rd visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is very central and the team at Villa Paradiso are very friendly and always willing to assist.

Please attend to the smell on the bathroom as one flushes, bath, or wash hands on the basin, there was a terrible smell. this message has been communicated with reception team, and they seemed to know what the problem could be. I will visit again because of the closeness of the hotel to where I will be.

Food excellent. Beautiful view. Beautiful garden. Very high stairs. Some sections have no railings. No help to carry bags upstairs. Just 1 bed lamp. Water smells of sewerage. No emergency after hours number. Long black hair found in shower.
