Absolutely love this place. Clean and well maintained, friendly staff, fantastic location. Light continental breakfast including cereals, yogurt, juice, fruit, boiled eggs, pastries, tea & coffee. Out of hours there’s coffee and ice machines available. Room was spotless but not much storage space. Okay if you’re only there for a couple of days but we were there for a week so was a bit difficult having hardly any hanging space. My favourite time was just as the sun was going down. Sitting by the fire pits on the deck drinking a chilled glass of wine. Heaven!!

Perfect location Room was small, although the owner defined it as a large room (website picture deceiving) smallest bathroom I have ever seen! 3’x6’- no space for toiletries. Very uncomfortable. No maid service. Door blew open in storm. Heater inconsistent. If the weather was good, the perfect beach location would have made up for it. Being there in a storm was similar to camping

We recently stayed at this charming inn for a wedding weekend, and everything about our experience was exceptional. The inn appears to have been newly renovated and is absolutely spotless—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was cozy, beautifully appointed, although on the smaller side it had everything we needed. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the innkeeper. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, they made us feel like we were visiting an old friend or family member rather than staying at a hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from a quiet, peaceful beach and within easy walking distance to the wedding venue, as well as downtown shops and restaurants. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such a special occasion. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back again!

Staying at Inn on the Beach is our favorite family week of the year! The Inn is so clean, parking couldn't be more convenient, the continental breakfast is perfect and requests for fresh towels and toiletries in your room is done within minutes. It's also the BEST beach location in Harwich! Everything you need for shopping, restaurants, night life, coffee and juice bar is a 5-minute walk into town. I also love that the rooms have coded entry so the kids can go back and forth to the room without anyone losing a key. We have stayed three years in a row and plan to be back next year!

We said we would return and we did! Another great time away at the beach. A perfect spot with great accommodations. The staff and innkeepers are second to none! We have officially made this our must annual beach getaway.

Inn on the Beach is simply the cutest little escape on the Cape. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The cozy decor, friendly staff, and peaceful beachfront setting made it feel more like staying at a loved one’s home than a hotel. Everything about it was charming and thoughtful—perfect for relaxing and recharging. We already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay so special!

This was bizarre, cold and nothing like described. First of all, it appears flippers converted it into little toxic vinyl rooms. No hospitality. No warmth. No care for guests in any manner. The view is spectacular and the beach is walkable and lovely. Otherwise, Cape Cod has been white and gray washed out of this place.

We stayed in the Princetown room and loved having the balcony overlooking the water! We enjoyed being able to walk straight to the beach. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. We loved meeting the owners during breakfast. The communication couldn't have been better. We would highly recommend the Inn!
