Conveniently located small clean accommodation with bathroom situated close to Hashimoto railway station with trains to Kyosan. Friendly couple managing. May need to book in advance. Yea and coffee making facilities. Grocery and food shops nearby.

吉野川花火大会にいきたくて予約しました。台風で全てキャンセルされ、電車も全線運休したため前日にキャンセルを伺いましたが当日の午前中に無理だと返事が来ました。海外サイトから予約したため、先に全額支払わなきゃいけないシステムで一泊料金23000円払っていました。個人的な理由ではなく、台風の影響によるキャンセルなので払い戻しが可能か伺いましたが、もっと前もってキャンセルせずに他の客に迷惑かけたので無理だと言われました。前日に問い合わせたことを伝えましたが返事はありませんでした。こっちには全額チャージしていて他の人に迷惑かけたとか意味不明です。台風の影響で人が利用できないと分かっていても全額キープする方が自己中心的じゃないのでは。

じゃらんにて、令和4年8月に予約しました。 2ヶ月後、全国旅行割を適用するため、「変更可能日時を過ぎ、自分で操作ができない」旨を、複数回にわたり伝えたにも関わらず、ホテル側は、よく調べもせずに、「当方では操作できない」の一点張り。 チェックイン時、ようやく非を認め、キャンセル料は取らないとの申し出があったため、その場でキャンセルすることとし、急遽、大阪のホテルに宿泊しました。 最悪の宿です。
