Came in for Barry-Roubaix Bike Race week-end. Location could not have been better. Close enough to town but just far enough away from traffic. Room was very clean- had everything needed. Very clean! Staff is incredible! Everyone we encountered, from registration to house-keeping was pleasant, friendly, helpful, professional, nice. Breakfast was very good- continually refilled when low, pancake machine- Fun!! Yogurt, apples, bananas, juices, delicious coffee, milk, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, everything. We didn’t bring swimsuits- but the pool looked very nice and clean. Wish I had! Only “downside” if there is one, is we had a road-facing room, so you could hear traffic, but it wasn’t to where you couldn’t sleep or anything like that. The hotel was pretty quiet even being sold out. We were on the 3rd floor, that may have helped, but it was really quiet where we were in the building. Coffee available all day/night. There is a Biggby across the street that looked busy in the morning but we didn’t need to go there. We did get dinner from the Mexican place across the street San Marcos, it was super good! I would definitely recommend this hotel! We will be back there on future trips to Hastings. Very cute town, super nice people, clean, felt safe, good location.
