Front desk service was excellent. Accomodating late Check out. Didnt try halal hotel food because its Central location offered so many other halal food options! Basic toiletries were provided and shower water pressure was powerful. Sejadah and qibla direction available in room. Easy access to ample free parking inside the building.

Location hotel is a bit far from Lee Garden. But the hotel is new and have swimming pool views. We feel very relaxed. The room is spacious and neat. Design of the room is very ancient Thai style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English. The WiFi is good. The breakfast doesn’t have variety of food. But nearby have 7 Eleven. Our experience in the hotel is good . We will come back again .

A new hotel, everything is clean, fresh and the room fittings are news. location way far to the walking street near the centre. Very good breakfast. Booked a standard room and the air con is weak unable to cool the small room despite checking by the electrician. It began to be cool only after midnight, uncomfortable during the late afternoon, not a good experience.

This hotel is situated opposite central festival mall n also near ASEAN night bazaar as well as greenway night bazaar. This hotel seems to be popular for weddings n seminars Hotel is nice n breakfast not too bad, change menu every day Room very basis but it’s ok Enjoy my stay despite the monsoon season n rains non stop every day Staff very help n friendly

Overall it's good, there's plenty of parking spaces, safe environment. But somehow poor for their room cleaning service as the room cleaner just helped to do tidiness ,never help to change the mattress covers and towels throughout the stays in the hotel. Also, need to improve for their daily morning breakfast menu 🙂🙂.

The whole of the place in the hotel is very spotless, staffs are nice and gave me for recommendation as well, the room have good smell, there're amenities not much inside a room but it's suitable like 3 stars hotel. There're a convenient store(7-11) nearby and also a shabu on the ground floor (for the guests from the hotel will get discounts, but not sure how many %) I like in front of the hotel. It's very beautiful and suitable for people who like taking pictures. They also have a coffee cafe in front, nice place!! 💕 หน้าโรงแรมสวยดีค่ะเหมาะกับคนชอบถ่ายรูป มีค่าเฟ่นั่งชิลกินกาแฟด้วย ชั้น G เห็นแวบๆ มีชาบูด้วยนะคะ(ฮาลาล) แขกจากโรงแรมมีส่วนลดให้แต่เราไม่แน่ใจมีให้เท่าไหร่ ห้องพักก็พอได้ค่ะไม่ได้ว้าว แต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่ มีไดร์เป่าผมติดผนังด้วยมองหาง่ายดี แต่ห้องน้ำนี่ว่าเล็กไปหน่อย ของ amenities มีพวกหมวกอาบน้ำ สบู่ แชมพู ผ้าเช็ดตัว น้ำในตู้เย็นเล็ก ประมาณนี้ค่ะแต่ก็สมกับราคา พอได้ บริการดีเยี่ยม โทรหา front ตี 2-3 ก็มีคนรับ( ให้เขามาเช็คดูแขกห้องอื่นมายืนทะเลาะกันกลางโถงทางเดินเสียงดังมากกก ) เอ็นดูพนักงาน🥹💕

Hotel location is strategic. It’s nearby Lee garden and Kim Yong market. Walking time is only 3-5 minutes. Just only a little bit noisy on some room. Overall is nice and clean. Recommend hotel when u travelling to Hatyai.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Despite the lack of Grab drivers in the area in the morning to the airport. one of the staff members on duty went above and beyond to assist us. She was incredibly helpful and managed to book an e-hailing driver for us through different apps. Her dedication and resourcefulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re almost missed our flight. Very good place quite.. for shopping and food you need go to near Lee garden hotel about 60 baht for tok tok… weekday you need get early morning for breakfast otherwise all the tourists will grab it.. overall good recommend to others mostly for family is save and also save car parks.now onwards I will only booking there…
