We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

We got there early at 9 a.m. on our arrival day, and the reception staff were so kind—they checked to see if a room was ready for our early check-in. Every staff member we met during our stay was super polite and friendly. The location is also super convenient, with food spots and the market just a short walk away. It was such a great experience! My 8-year-old son had an amazing time, and we’ll definitely be back again.

I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!
