This hotel is budget like shop converted kind of hotel. If the rate you pay for is fairly low then is still sound about right. Anything more maybe you should book early for others The reason is beause this hotel definitely aged, from the doors to carpet, curtain, room furniture. you can see sign of aging , worned, and torn. The bathroom water pressure is also lower than expectaion, so is all come down to aging issue... something I dont like especially when traveling with kids. If you drive to Hat Yai, please park your car according to the hotel staff , do not park anywhere just because you can , you will wake up in the morning and find your tyre lock and get fines !

Bad impression on the first step in for check in. The staff is arguing with guest :- the hotel want to charge the guest for cigarette burn hole in the mattress cover, which the guest (2 ladies) said they are not smoker.... Overall the room is spacious but old, mattress is too soft (maybe too old). Location is not near the main attraction- near to drive a bit. Plus the hotel counter only has one staff, and they took the reception of the hook - that is annoying when you want to ask them for help... i wanted battery for the TV remote, need to go down to counter to tell them and then waited 10 minute for them to send the replacement....
