The air-conditioning was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. The property definitely needs better maintenance — I saw ants everywhere, including in the room. However, the location is very convenient, close to many attractions and local food. It's worth the price only if you're on a tight budget and don’t mind the basic conditions. No toiletries and water kettle.

Cons: No electric kettle though there is hot-cool dispenser near lobby.

location quite near to railway station, walking distance to Lee Garden & Kim Yong market too. this is a budget hotel which only provide towel & shampoo in the room, the rest of other amenities you may need to prepare by yourself, anyway the price is cheap with clean basic room

After checking in the 1st night and happy/satisfied with the room, we extended our stay here for another 2 nights.
Short walk to Hatyai Junction train station so it is very convenient when we travel back via the train early in the morning after checking out.

Hotel have a good located near Bazaar festival. The service from hotel good, but shame not getting tooth brush and pasta. For transportation good there many grab service. Maybe next going to this hotel again.
