3-Star Hotels in Hat Yai

All ok ,very friendly and helpfull staff,the room is spacious and near to Lee Garden market and Kim Yong market..easy to get Maxim or Grab…JUST you need to upgrade is 1.Extra Pillow - we just have 1 pillow each guest which is the pillow is so thin n soft make us pain in shoulder.cannot request extra or pay additional. 2.We stay for 5d 4n during our stay is raining season so we request for extra towel but they said No extra towel i think they dont have own doby centre. 3.The room is a bit dusty.. Others is ok..

Very good place to stay either for families, couple or business trip.. Cleanness is superb..Kudos for the coffee machine that this hotel provide every morning from 6am to 12pm..👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I'm surprised with the room booked because of the widety and cleanliness, which is an available refrigerator, water heater, mineral water, soap, towel, tv and many others. Will repeat again🙂😍😚

The hotel is in the middle between Lee Garden area and Siam Festival Mall. Easy to get grab or indrive over there..Breakfast not much choices with so so taste. Eat breakfast outside much more better.. Everything was good and I like to stay there because it’s far from busy area like Lee Garden area..

I went to Hatyai for 4 days 3 nights with my friends and we chose this hotel because of the price. The price is very cheap and affordable for those who have a low budget to travel. But I didn't expect that when we got to the room we're speechless because the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. I didn't think we would get such a room for such a cheap price.. and the receptionist was also very kind and cheerful. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hatyai again..🥹

The room was slightly damp and had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was dim. However, the location is convenient as there are tuk-tuks available right outside, making it easy to get around.

Never trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed! I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change. On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately. However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue. I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring! Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.

I love it! It was better than my expectation, the room is very simple yet nice, the bed is very cozy and the toilet is clean. Though I have to say they can change the towel already because some of them are torn. They room doesn't have any chair to sit on so it's kinda difficult if you wanna sit and eat at the table. The channel on the tv is also very limited but other than that I love it!! It's close to most of the Place of interest in HatYai like Greenway Market, Asean Night Bazaar and Central Hat Yai. The security and the hotel staff is friendly too. Will definitely comeback here if I travel to Hat Yai again. Overall, this hotel is very cheap yet very good!!
