One of the best stays I have had in a long time.. Amazing property, Excellent food and service.. Our restaurant captain Indreshwar organized a nice bonfire side dinner for us.. Really good service and experience! The safari booked through the resort was also good, and on time with experienced guides

This resort is right in the middle of Kaziranga wildlife park. It is surrounded by lush greenery. The resort is huge and really well maintained. Both room and bathrooms were spacious. Tea, coffee amenities, bottled drinking water were available. The breakfast buffet was lavish and there was everything from croissants, doughnuts, to idlis, parathas and a live dosa and omelette counter. What more can you imagine in the middle of a wildlife park? We had lunch and dinner at the hotel itself and I was really impressed with the authentic Assamese thali served the Juhal restaurant. The resort was huge and I enjoyed my stroll in the resort grounds. Also, enjoyed just lazing in the hammock in the balcony. Words fall short to describe my sray in this tranquil serene stay admist nature. Last but not the least, the staff was excellent- helpful, courteous and making sure we had everything we wanted.

The resort has an excellent ambiance. From the moment you enter the reception until you check out, you can't ask for anything better. It’s over rated property . According to me the hotel has a lot to improve. When we checked in the shower curtain was lying on the floor and found difficulty to control room temperature as was not able to operate AC by remote. my wife fell on ground when she went to sit on the Hammock in the balcony , as it was in broken conditions. Even after given all the stuff from mini bar back to the housekeeping staff , (as it was chargeable, & I never Wanted it ) the staff kept on asking me about for so many time. The Wi-Fi was not working when we checked in . I mean after doing check in they started working on my complaints which is not acceptable for me .

Very good service and house keeping was awesome. Will suggest all to come here and enjoy the facilities and services of the resort The room was very clean but the can the food taste and quality. Overall it was a great experience in borgos resort in Kaziranga. Biswajit mandal and Aarti Karmakar was the best of the hospitality department.

I had booked this place in advance and the communications to clarify about safari and elephant rides and other cost were very helpful. So, we spent three nights here and we were so pleased with our stay. The rooms are big and clean. I just liked the greenery around the resort. The jeep safari and elephant safari were arranged by the resort which was great. The breakfast was great and we loved eating at Juhal and we went twice. The staff at the resort were very helpful. There is nothing really to write about things to be concerned about. We would love to come back at this place and would recommend.

Good service, tasty food and decent options on it. The room service is prompt enough and all the staffs are courteous and helpful. My kid was happy and there was cultural activities too which was included in the tariff. To name a few from the staff are Mr. Bishwajeet Mandal and housekeeping department. Kudos!

Very nice and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Location is very good. Food is excellent, specially traditional Assamese food at Juhal, the Assamese restaurant. Their preparations are awesome, specially their Thaali, fish, chicken and duck preparations. The Juhal team, Oman Goali and Biplab Gogoi were excellent hosts and made us aware about traditional Assamese foods, preparation etc. Wonderful experience, not to be missed.
