Luxury hotel, great service, and beautiful interior areas. Highly recommend this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. Well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The breakfast was a fantastic start to each day. There was a wide variety of options, and everything The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a great night's sleep. Manager Mr. Andrew Perera's service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, efficient, and always willing to help. This hotel offers excellent value for money. The quality of the rooms, service, and amenities are well worth the price. The best hotel in Hatton town. Especially outstanding service provided by Manager Mr. Andrew Perera and hotel staffs.

This is great hotel to recommend who’s planning to go hill country srilanka. One hour drive to Nuwaraeliya compared to Nuwaraeliya prices for hotels. Very good price and conveniently located. Amenities are awesome. Also needs to mention about staff very helpful.

I recently revisited Laa Adams with my family, eager to indulge in their Indian restaurant, which had impressed us in the past. Unfortunately, this time, the experience fell short of expectations. The curries, once bursting with authentic flavors, have lost their essence. They were rather watery, lacking the thick, rich taste one would expect from genuine Indian cuisine. During our previous visit, a pleasant manager diligently attended to every customer, ensuring the quality of each dish was up to standard. This level of care seems to be missing now, and it reflects in the food. While the service was acceptable, it lacked efficiency. I hope the management takes note of this decline and restores the quality that once made this place a standout for Indian food.

We’d just finished a cycle ride (as part of a cycle tour of Sri Lanka) having been fairly drenched en route. This probably wasn’t the place to try to dry out! We’re fine with basic hotels but this was really bad. Our kids’ triple room was ok but our room was literally awful. Couldn’t shake the musty smell, dingy as though we were in the basement. We were given a quarter of a toilet roll and the room WiFi or tv didn’t work. We did tell them. We were given a toilet roll and told that we could connect to WiFi (honestly, we never did). On the plus side we ate there in the evening at our tour guide’s recommendation and the curry(s) were really good. Breakfast though was very very basic. I really wouldn’t stay here.

The only reason that I’m rating this hotel as 3 stars is because the people at the reception were accommodating, the service provided by Devi to our rooms were very good and the rooms look like the photos on the website. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. The third bed extra firm but was ok. They also provided toiletries etc. If not, it would have been a 2 or 1 star. We had booked a triple and a double. As we walked into the triple, there was a cockroach sitting on the counter where tea and coffee were kept. The tea bags were loose and not covered which is very unhygienic. We trapped the cockroach under a bin and called the reception immediately and this was taken care of. However, during our stay of 2 nights, we came across 3 more cockroaches. Even though the triple bedroom was large and per photos in the website, the triple bedroom didn’t have windows that could be opened properly and was dark. Also, the room had a peculiar, unpleasant smell. We hoped once the AC was turned on the smell would go away but it didn't. The smell in the bathroom was much worse and unbearable. The bathroom floor and the walls were clean but the ceiling was all dicoloured and sort of moldy. The tub had black patches where the enamel had peeled off. The double room was much smaller. It had a window and no smell. There was a view from the area outside our room, but the view was mostly roofs and broken down buildings. This area was also occupied by guests in the evening as people could have food and drinks here, it was quite noisy till late at night. This hotel is sort of an apartment hotel and even though we booked only two rooms, the area had a sitting room, a dining room and a kitchenette. The space was welcome but the kitchen sink was not clean and we were ‘iffy’ about the counter. We left some food tightly enclosed in a paper bag on the kitchen table. In the morning we saw that the paper bag was in shreds and the food was eaten. We presume it was a rat. We had 2 drivers with us and as there were bad reviews for the drivers’ quarters, we called and checked before booking and the reception assured us that all had been taken care of. This was not the case. The room was pretty bad and was infested with cockroaches. Also, the electric wire for the hot water was exposed and ran across the shower where it got wet. A good case for electrocution!!! We paid an additional amount to get the drivers a guides’ room which was a step above the drivers’ rooms. This too was horrible. There had been a cat litter in the room and the room had been stinking. Then they were given another room which had cockroaches flying around. We wanted to move to another hotel but unfortunately there was nothing available. We had booked a different, nicer hotel earlier for this trip but as we had to change the dates, that hotel couldn’t accommodate us. We did not have food at the hotel as it was quite pricey and we opted to eat out in a more pleasant environment away from the c
