Hauts-de-Seine Hotels with Gym

The room I stayed in was a bit small around the corner. However, the location is good, there are IKEA and big shopping malls around.

Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure. The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests. Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance. It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

We stayed as a family of 4 at this hotel and it was good quality. There was an issue with the hotel as they had cancelled our room due to some confusion. This was resolved but took some time and was nerve racking for us on the day we arrived but the manager did well in getting us a room in mid April half term. The pool was nice but we had an incident where some male guests were taking pictures of my young daughters in the pool, even with me there and making me feel uncomfortable. I raised this issue with the manager and he said he would look into but nothing was done and no feedback was given back to me - this is very worrying! My thoughts are good hotel, good location, some staff are really good but needs to work on customer service for important incidents involving young children. Makes me think that I would be cautious letting kids run around in this hotel and pool alone thus please be warned. Breakfast was not bad but not out of this world and restaurants around hotel are good.

This property is within walking distance of the subway system. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. The staff was super nice and accommodating. If I'm ever back in this area I would stay here again.

This hotel is great. The staff were warm and accommodating and helpful with my poor ability to speak french. The location is great, near the M line metro station that goes to almost all the tourist sites. You can see the Eiffel tower and the Arc Triumph from there. There is a shopping centre close by that you can grab something to eat. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean beds. The hotel is tastefully decorated and I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was. The only downside was everything in the area except the shopping centre is closed Sunday and Mondays. This includes the restaurant to the hotel. However they still managed to get me a drink when i needed one and very quickly. They also called me on my cell phone and advised me of the closures, The only issue was that i didn't have a sim card for Europe so i didn't get the message until i got home. They did try. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We will come back , but on a Tuesday. I found everyone that we came in touch with in Paris wonderful. They are warm, friendly ,kind and accommodating to us with our poor french. I will brush up on my language skills and come back again soon. Nice little hotel in a convenient location for visiting Paris . On street parking for free at weekends otherwise 15 Euros for 24 hours in their underground car park. The reason why we chose to stay here was because it was much cheaper than a hotel with parking in central Paris . You then have to add back the time and monetary cost of commuting in and out of the centre of Paris from here . I think it was worth it but it was quite tiring wandering around Paris all day and then coming back to the hotel. With the walk to the station from the hotel assume about 35-40 minutes to get to a central location. Once you’re back in the hotel you’re not going to go back to central Paris so if you go back early because you are tired that’s it for the day whereas if you had a central room you could go back out in the evening after a rest . You wouldn’t choose to stay here as a tourist but for the savings. On one evening we drove to the centre of Rueil Malmaison for a meal- it was a pleasant low key alternative to dining in central Paris. It’s a 10-12 minute walk to the RER A station from the hotel . Just down the street and under a railway bridge. You get the train there and can change on to the metro system Once you are on the RER you can interconnect on the metro usually changing at Charles de Gaulle. It costs about 30 Euros return to go to the centre of Paris and back. But you can get 2,3 , 4 day passes that reduce this significantly and include journeys on the metro and buses once you’re in the centre . The hotel is close to a very busy dual carriageway which makes it easy to reach when you arrive in Paris by car. With you room window open you can hear the traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. The road the hotel is in is lined on both sides by fairly tall modern but well kept apartment and office blocks . At weekends it is very quiet , feels a bit like an empty office district. Not a bad thing , a bit sterile but it felt like you had escaped to a peaceful place. The whole area is quite commercial, with offices around, so the hotel caters to business people and tourists alike, The hotel staff are friendly. There was a warm welcome. The lobby doubles as a breakfast area and is funky and stylish. Nice ambience . The reception staff run a little bar there . Breakfast itself was a nice little buffet. A good spread of things - one personal suggestion for improvement would be please provide some little pots of fruit compotes , which we don’t get in the UK! But it was nice anyway and French. The family room was a fair size , not massive, not small, divided at night by a pull across curtain with twin beds for the kids and a double bed for the grown ups with a bathroom off it. There was a sizeable television on a sort of stand which could be rotated and put on either side of the curtain so kids or adults could watch it. The room and hotel were very clean. Was hesitant at first due to the location but now have found my new favourite hotel in Paris. The rooms are excellent. I chose the cheapest option and found myself with a huge king size bed, Nuxe amenities, lovely Sagafreddo coffee, thick gorgeous towels and nice closet space. The lighting is exceptional. Bright reading lights on both sides of the bed. There is not a desk but a table for computer work. As I was on vacstion this was not an issue. Breakfast was unbelievable. The choice of cheeses, chacuterie, pastries and hot dises was wonderful. Lots of fresh fruit from strawberries to peaches to fresh juices. Absolutely include the breakfast option. Pool was wonderful. Full sun, spectacular city scape views and beautifully maintained. There is a small fitness room with cardio machines.Kids were really enjoying it. But most of all the staff. I am currently at the hotel and in 2 days meeting reception, breakfast and pool staff, every last one has had an easy politeness and proactive service that made me feel very, very welcome. Unlike other hotels, one often hears guests arguing or problems, here at Mercure everyone seems incredibly happy. Staff set the mood and they do it so well. Management should be incredibly proud to have assembled such an excellent team. The nearest Metro is aout 5 mi utes walk and it will take you anywhere easily. Over the years I have been to Paris many times. My needs have changed. As I have gotten older I need fewer frills. I can honestly say I have not enjoyed a hotel so much snce we stayed at Hotel Royal Monceau almost 50 years ago. Back then it was an Aga Khan-owned CIGA hotel!and the mood was the same. Mercure Boulogne Billancourt has created the same mood of high luxury on a much more cost effective budget. In particular the night reception gentleman is lovely. I wake up early so we had a chance to have a short chat. With prople like him on the team you will have an excellent stay. The surrounding area has enough restaurants, bakeries to keep one happy. Be sure to check out the Kahn Garden and the Museum of the 1930’s. And as there are very few tourists, one gets the feeling of a real French neighbourhood.

The worst 3rd world experience. They overcharged me and when I tried to discuss the charges they all playing the run around game. Charged me for an infant in the room. I didn’t have a kid with me. (Like a 100 euros difference in taxes and fees) When I was leaving and asked for a taxi, the front desk guy called, what it seems the biggest taxi scammer in Paris. The guy overcharged me like 25 euros for the trip, blatantly claiming wrong mileage. My advice: AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE If you make the mistake to book this hotel: 1. USE UBER….Don’t rely on them calling you a taxi (unless you have tons of extra euros to spend) 2. Check your invoice and question them on every single bogus charge you see. 3. Check carefully whether they have pulled a fast one with adding more people to your room just to charge you more. Overall, I’m disappointed in you, Novotel. You really added a very bad aftertaste to this trip. I’ll NEVER EVER book with you anymore. Your chain doesn’t exist to me anymore.

This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would recommend

I stayed here for 2 weeks in Feb 2022. Checkin to the hotel was easy. I requested for an early check-in and called them from the airport to check on the same. They agreed for the same, and my room was kept ready at the promised time. They have a decent collection of utensils. You can opt for a breakfast if you want to. This is a very calm locality. There is a store right across the hotel, so it is very convenient to buy vegetables, juices without too much of a walk. A tram station is hardly 100m away which lets you move around Paris using public transportation. Hotel staff were pretty helpful. They had a decent collection of utensils to cook, plates and cutlery. They also had a nice foldable dining table. Their Wifi was alright. I had to be at specific spots in the room at times to get a decent signal but it was alright.
