the place is really beautiful, the rooms are "ok" however the treatment is awful, waitresses follow no rules at all making us feel uncomfortable. The cleaning services made something weird by putting a towel over the bathroom door... anyway, we spent a whole week and even the room passkeys stopped working several times 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I had this trip to Cuba with my fiancé who is cuban, and I heard from the guys working in the pool that there was a party where they taught us to dance cuban style salsa and it was the best time of my life. There was a lot of tourists, the cocktails were wonderful, the maitre was a very good man, always paying attention to our good. The waiters and bartender were amazing people, so good service. I would definitely recommend it.

I have stayed at the Hotel Deauville many times over the past 25 years. The hotel is uniquely located on the Malacon, facing the Florida Straits. Many rooms have a balcony. The hotel has a large swimming pool on the 6th floor with a wiew of the sea end the city. The staff have always been incredibly freindly. I can recommend the hotel, also for longer stays

went to check in yesterday for 2 nights the hotel was closed. they took our payment prior to check in. cost money to travel from varadero and more to return the same day. this was part of our honeymoon. absolutely disgusted

Good hotel, comfortable rooms. It's not the most modern, but it has a great atmosphere. It has a pool on the 6th floor. It also has a nightclub where outside staff can come in, which creates a nice atmosphere. The included breakfast is very delicious. It has a bar and they play live music some days! A good experience! Recommended. We were a group of 15 people, and everyone had the same opinion.

The rooms are very comfortable, with plenty of space. The breakfast food was good quality. The people working here are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. This has been the hotel where I've been treated the best. If you're visiting Havana, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful people! They made this first trip to Cuba worth it! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with genuine smiles and contagious energy. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive to every detail, and always willing to help us discover the best of the country. The facilities were impeccable: clean, comfortable rooms with a breathtaking view.
