房間空間大，乾濕分離衞生間，服務員也很親切。出行方便。唯一不滿意的是整個入住期間衹提供1.5L一瓶水。千萬不要讓酒店幫你叫taxi,他們會加價到45美金。可以自己提前在門口叫。一般機場來回正宗價為25美金，超過可以殺

酒店位置很好到核心景點都是步行距離 ，酒店房間舒適衞生，海景房很美也很安靜，前台服務非常好。
200美金一晚的房費在古巴不便宜，但是早餐簡陋很難吃，幾乎沒什麼可選的，房間裏部分設施有點落後但是也可以理解畢竟是古巴嘛，相對來説性價比不高。

不在老城中心，但也不遠。服務有待提高，總能看到服務員聚在一起聊天，包括打掃房間時也是三個人聚在一起。我凌晨到的，已經非常疲憊了，很想馬上進房休息，但是非要把酒店所有酒吧餐廳都介紹一遍。結果最關鍵需要的訊息沒提，我要的雙床結果給了個大床，辦手續時沒提進屋才發現再更換，都要累死了。

我以最憤怒的心情寫下這篇差評，希望用親身經歷警示所有計劃前往古巴的遊客——這將是你最糟糕的旅行決定！
1️⃣ **明目張膽的價格欺詐**
我們在攜程預訂了這個酒店，首晚價格為1400人民幣（約200美元）。入住後，酒店經理竟強行多收取300多美元，因為要按人頭收費！當我們質疑時，對方態度極其惡劣，拒絕提供明細單據。更諷刺的是，次日因特殊原因需重新訂房，同平台同房型報價僅需200多美元——這直接證明首晚就是針對遊客的惡意宰客！
2️⃣ **毫無職業素養的服務**
酒店經理全程擺出傲慢姿態，面對攜程客服的溝通時甚至出言嘲諷，毫無解決問題的誠意。員工普遍缺乏基本服務意識，房間清潔敷衍（若實際情況可補充：如床品污漬、浴室發黴等細節），設施陳舊堪比廢墟。
3️⃣ **古巴整體旅行災難**
這個國家的糟糕遠超想象！街道瀰漫垃圾腐臭，基礎設施癱瘓，當地人專挑遊客設陷阱：從出租車漫天要價到強索小費，甚至假裝熱情幫忙後伸手要錢。所謂"淳樸民風"完全是營銷謊言！

作為古巴的酒店，也算勉勉強強吧，物資極度缺乏，房間裏要一瓶礦泉水都要收2.3個美元，早餐的咖啡幾乎沒什麼味道，像喝水，房間確實沒有紙巾，考慮到古巴的經濟狀況，算是將就吧
