The Voya Hotel and staff were absolutely AMAZING. Everyone was very professional and friendly, especially Armando. He makes the best mojitos!! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful planning activities. We really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely return again. Thank you!

Staying in Voya was one of the best experiences in my life. The level of hospitality, food, ambience, vibe.. literally everything. We were treated really like the dearest guests and felt like home. I’m still missing these signature breakfasts with lots of compliments from chef and fantastic rum tasting class that was arranged for us. There is a care in every single detail. Even on our departure we were presented small souvenirs - magnets from Cuba. It was so lovely and touching. This wonderful boutique hotel is a gem of Havana. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing hotel with great team , delisious food and attentiok to details! Our group of 10 felt pampered and at home! Highly reccomended if you want to have best memories of Cuba!!!! Bathroom amenities, bed linen, flowers attachments and turn down amenities - proper 5 star service!!!!

My stay at VOYA boutique hotel was absolutely the greatest. EVERYONE of the staff were very professional and extremely attentive. Their suggestions of tours and restaurants were all A1. The room was very clean and the hand written notes were a great and pleasant accent. This hotel is the best and made me feel welcome every time I walked through the door. I could not end this without saying that the food at the hotel was excellent as well. Make sure you book a room and say hello to the lovely ladies at the desk!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The Casa is very beautifu with great attention to every detail. The room was very comfortable and had everything i needed, Lovely atmosphere in the bar. The staff are so caring and helpful with all my needs. And the food is freshly prepared with top class service. Thoroughly recommend for solo travellers, with friends or for couples.

A very professional yet warm hotel. The staff is excellent. Given that this country has not had many opportunities to develop robust hospitality businesses and skills, this boutique hotel works hard on every front to make your stay a good one. The owner is a young entrepreneur, you balances international hospitality and brings in cuban culture. The linens and amenities are excellent!! Shower warm and water plentiful. Something not guaranteed in all cuban hotels. Must stay and we will be back.
