Arrived during heavy snow with absolutely no attempt to clear access to the accommodation. We were warned in advance that the foot path was uncleared. However this footpath was a set of steep stone steps. Although the car park had been cleared it was very difficult to transport luggage via steep steps with deep snow and an icy hand rail. The heating unit out side kept us awake all night and we were charged twice for breakfast . The room was clean. Breakfast was in the pub next door and was first class. We also ate our evening meal there with our guests the previous evening. There were a lot of people in the pub given the weather as the Landlord had ensured every one’s safety unlike the accommodation. A good nights rest it was not, mainly due to the constant drone of a heating unit outside our room. Tip: lovely location but not when heating is required which is probably most of the time.

Leeming Wells is in the sticks, but not far from Haworth by car. Our room was ample in size and the zip-linked beds were very comfortable. The fittings are a little tired, but then again, we were not exactly paying 5* prices, so this is just a comment, not a complaint. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked fab. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my lactose-free breakfast was top-notch with some very nice coffee. Our only gripe is that the room was very hot during the night, with the radiator thermostat control being 'all or nothing' on a very cold night. We will happily return on our next steampunk weekend, but next time I will try to find the heating sweet-spot between 1 and frost protection (Room 3). The secure parking was a bonus. All-in-all, I am giving our stay five stars because the price represented excellent value, and the pros easily outweighed the cons.

Quite remarkable. It is the first time that I have seen 4 Timothy taylor ales on sale in one place. the room was excellent clean and well presented. We were greeted well and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were first class and it was awonderful find for a stay. The breakfast was tremendous and I would recommend this location strongly for an overnight stay

This is a very good place. it is hard to find fault with the combination of comfortable rooms, the great pool and sauna, the lounge area, the amazing view, the good walk from the door and of course the pub with its excellent food and atmosphere. On this occasion one of our party fell ill and the staff and pub were really very helpful indeed. I could not recommend it more highly.

We booked the self catering apartment at this property whilst visiting relatives in the area as it was pet friendly. It is situated on the main road just outside Oxenhope. On arrival we went to the Dog&Gun pub next door to check in as advised but we're very disappointed to hear that dogs were not allowed in the bar.We had booked breakfast & evening meals in the pub and don't expect to take the dog into the restaurant but no mention had been made that the bar was not pet friendly. We were pleased with the apartment which was on the first floor. It was very spacious with a lounge separate kitchen separate dining room & bathroom. The bedroom was in the roof space accessed by a spiral staircase. ( how many times did I bang my head!!!). Plenty of tea & coffee ect supplied. I used the swimming pool once which was nice ( if a little cold) and the sauna was a bonus. There are a few snacks available -crisps chocolate bars & soft drinks in the Lounge with a honesty box which was a nice touch. Unfortunately we had horrendous wind&rain on the Saturday night and it was very noisy sleeping ( or not) in the roof space. Breakfast was preordered and served in the Dog & Gun .It was nice but basic - no fish options or pastries We ate dinner in the pub both nights and guests came to join us The food was good if a little overpriced as were the drinks Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not recommend if traveling with a dog

Warm, comfy, spacious and modern rooms with plenty of towels, tea and coffee. Breakfast was first class. Everything you need for a stay with a fabulous bar and restaurant next door. If you're in the area definitely recommend a stay here. Pool is added bonus to the venue

Beam in bedroom extremely low. Needs a sign on both sides. The guest accommodation was like a ghost ship. Never saw anyone on reception, no one in lounge, didn’t see anyone. Had to go to pub next door for the key. Room could do with a general upgrade. Very dated. Staff in the pub were lovely and friendly. The manager less so.
