I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne for a business trip, and I must say, it was a rather pleasant experience overall. First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a major advantage. It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression. I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay. The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

Close to the airport, the surrounding environment is generally the same, but there is a supermarket across the road, and there is a Chinese restaurant at the door is quite convenient. Don't worry about the safety issue, there is a police station within 500 meters of the hotel. The nearby gas station is expensive, and if you rent a car, the gas station near the airport will be cheaper. There should be some hotels, but the sheets and pillowcases are not so clean.

This hotel is very new and is in the same building as the Courtyard and is interconnected. We booked a twin room and the room was very large. There are kitchen equipment, induction cookers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, pots and bowls, etc. all can be prepared by yourself. The rooms are decorated in a modern minimalist style and the facilities are very new. There is a small swimming pool where many foreigners will swim, and a small hot spring pool. Breakfast is served in the lobby. A simple American-style breakfast buffet, which is full enough to eat, will end sooner than 9 am or 10 am. The hotel parking lot is full of ground parking spaces, ample parking spaces, parking fee of 15 US dollars. The area is Hawthorne. This area is very close to LAX Los Angeles International Airport. The public security situation in this area is normal. Try not to go out at night, but fortunately, this hotel is next to the City hall and behind this Public library. safer. There is a fresh supermarket across the road from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the same building. Target, Costco and Walmart are not far away and it is very convenient. It's not far to go to Manhattan Beach.

Closer to Los Angeles International Airport. The hotel environment is very good. It is a retro British style. The facilities are also quite complete, that is, there is no hot water in the room, it is not convenient to make tea. Breakfast is a choice of several packages, but it does not include drinks, coffee, tea, juice, etc. are subject to an additional fee.

The hotel is good, but the parking fee is more than ten dollars, it seems not very friendly to the guests. We booked more than a dozen hotels in the US West Loop this time, this is the only one that needs to charge parking fees

There is no water in the room, no trash can. The parking lot has a gate and requires code, but the side door cannot be locked and outsiders can enter and exit. However, the luggage of my car stopped for two nights and was not stolen, indicating that it was safe. There is a supermarket within a four minute drive. The younger brother at the front desk helped to carry the luggage. It was very warm and praised.
