Was really good, there was a gym and pool, room has a kitchen and laundry! Basically I could live there lmao, the location was also amazing it was literally on the centre which made us easy to go around anywhere. Definitely coming back again

We stayed in APX for one night. Excellent location near shops, Sydney tram and Murray's bus for interstate travels. Room was clean, pleasant and large, amenities are good. Air conditioning wasn't working properly at the time but they provided a portable one. Parking is scarce, we had to park one block away from the hotel. Still good for what we needed so I was happy.

Nice hotel for the price, would stay again only thing was unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in you could not request a late checkout when booking . This could only be done on the day. And the AC was a split system in the living room so the bedroom was rather warm

Excellent location with easy access to public transport, supermarket, restaurants etc. Apartments are spacious. Our booking was for limited housekeeping service, but even so, the staff only tidied up once in our 8 night stay. No vacuuming or cleaning of bathroom floor, only change of towels, amenities and emptying of bins.

Very painful process to pay a security deposit. They would not accept credit card payment via Apple Pay and demanded a physical credit card. As I did not have my physical credit card with me, I offered another person's credit card which they refused. I offered cash which they said they can only accept from foreignets but not locals. I had to then provide my credit card details verbally (including CCV) which I felt very uncomfortable about. They then took a photo of my card details from my phone and made my pay a 1c deposit via Apple Pay anyway. What a ridiculous and archaic process! Other people in the lobby had similar issues and vowed never to return.

Good location, just 10 minutes by foot can reach the Central station. So very easy to go to the Airport. The hotel was behind a busy street, so not very noisy. It is close to the China Town light rail station & can walk to George Street within 10 minutes. Also easily to go to the Town Hall, QVB & Opera House by light rail. There are many restuarant around the hotel with many good food.
Coffee shop is plenty. The room was clean & tidy. Although I ordered a limited house keeping, the hotel still gave me a 3days house keeping!!! It is out of my expectation, Good job.

The cleanliness hotel is poor and the desk is very old and the toilet brush is dirty also a lot of rusty on drawer handle.
Car parking is too expensive.
