Hays Hotels with Wi-Fi

Staff is very friendly and very helpful.. My family and I had gotten stranded in Hays,Ks due to my alternator going out on our vehicle the day of Christmas, The manager was so very kind and to work with us on a room and all that... Will deffinantly be staying there again if ever n Hays.

Ok the road construction is a mess. That is not the hotels fault so negative there but good grief Kansas your “new”round-a-bouts are way worse than Colorado and there’s are dreadful. The hotel. Our room was very clean. Comfortable chairs. Bed was really comfy and that’s is a difficult one for me to like. Overall I loved my stay less the stupid construction.

Customer service was super bice and attentive to our needs! Rooms were great! The breakfast was good :)

The hotel is very good, the front desk is warm, the boss is good, very warm

The person at the front desk during checkin was very pleasant. The room was a king suite at the end of the hall on the first floor and it was very spacious and very clean, including the carpet. Bathroom was clean and lighting was bright. I gotta admit this was probably one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. It was also quiet.

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Good prices as well
