It was a really pleasant trip. Warm welcoming from Nancy and did a quick check in for me. When I was confusing where should I visit in Nizwar, Anou gave me a full recommendation of the city patiently. I enjoyed talking to him and I will recommend him to my friends who travel next. The room is clean and tidy also the shower is strong. Definitely I will come back again in future.

This hotel is decades old and the facilities are old, but there are not many cost-effective hotels in Nizwa, unlike Muscat. I traveled with a friend and stayed in their double room suite.

It was larger than I expected and had a kitchen, so I was very satisfied.
It was a little far from the center of Nizwa, but considering that it costs 4OR by taxi to the center, I think it's a good deal if you're staying with multiple people.
The room was clean and I'd like to use it again!

The room is very large and spacious, the kitchen facilities are very complete, and there are two bathrooms in the second bedroom and one living room. The staying experience is very good. It would be better if the washing machine has a drying function. The front desk was very welcoming.

The hotel is clean and functional and perfect for families. What stands out is Anu and his team who provided amazing customer experience. For example I was let down by the Otaxi app when visiting Oman Across The Ages museum which is outside of Nizwa. The app had no drivers. Quick call to the hotel and Anu went out his way arrange a taxi to pick us up and kept us posted. I was really impressed by the warm hospitality of all staff members.

The hotel is beautiful, simple yet elegant with plenty of attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms are spacious and sunny, offering superb views of the dramatic mountains and desert nearby. The setting is perfect for families and those who want to travel comfortably. And while the property itself is immaculately kept, it is the hospitality that stands out most. The general manager, Anu, and his team which include Abdul, Hasan, and Sikander, all go to great lengths to make guests feel at home and in making arrangements to nearby attractions. Very kind and courteous every step of the way. Many, many thanks to all of you for making our stay a most memorable one!

very kindl staff always ready to help, warm welcome and very smiling ; food is very good, very good quality and very well serviced ; large rooms like a flat. Slightly old fashioned but very clean, nice and comfortable. Quiet. Thank you very much.
