Cleanliness of the room is ok as long as you don't look on top of the wardrobe...
Service is very poor from breakfast to dinner ...next day, few of us felt sick after eating pudding at dinner...waiters are in an other world most of the time and expecting you to tips them for buffet service...
The front door light was broken. Just good for pick up and drop of to krugger.

The staff were friendly and the shower was great, the room was adequate and clean. However the bed was so hard the floor would have been softer. The food is inedible, cold buffets and awful lunches which are also not hot. No fridge so you can’t even keep anything from outside. Overall epic fail

The accommodations are lovely. The service was great! The food was really good. The grounds were clean. The staff is very prompt, assisting with your luggage. The view from the room was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. It's a great spot!

Our tour group stayed here. It was our first experience being in a tent camp in South Africa. We were surprised by how fancy they can be. Very nice gathering area for meals and relaxation. Good food and service. Not located within Kruger, but minutes from one of the Kruger entrances.

From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for. The staff became like family after just a few days. I was late for dinner one evening after safari, and the chef stayed after just to make me a special plate (the breakfast and dinners were DELICIOUS!). They also knew when it was time for my afternoon Coke :)! The front desk was always available for questions/concerns. Everything is extremely clean (smells clean too), and beautifully decorated. Located just 15 minutes outside of the Phabeni gate entrance of Kruger, with stunning mountainous views and sunsets.

The Hotel was very good and we really liked the room with a lot of space. The balcony was fantastic. Dinner and Breakfast was also nice with a lot of different things where you can choose from. The waiter Mbuzo was very kind to us. We would recommend it!

The Hotel was very nice and we got a really beautiful Hotelroom aswell, wich is very big. They got a nice Garden outside with a Pool and also a little lake infront of our Room. The Waiter Mbuzu was super kind and did a good Job. So we would recommend this Accomodation for a Safari.

The Lodge was arranged as part of a National Geographic tour. Our tour group stayed two nights as we spent time in Kruger National Park. This lodge was very nice, clean, well staffed, and convenient to access the Park. The restaurant and food were both excellent. One evening we had dinner at the outdoor event area under the stars which was a nice change. Rooms were spacious, with a deck overlooking a pond. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return.
