房間面積很大，屋內設施齊全，被褥很乾凈。廁所排風扇聲音過大。出門街對面就有飯館，離公交站也很近。前台和客房服務員盡職盡責。

到的時候説大床房沒有了，最後給了一個無窗大床房，攜程上訂的朋友們最好是提前電話確認一下房間有沒有了，本來計劃多住幾天呢，但是住了一晚以後，還是決定換了附近的一家大萬賓館（農家房改造的），但是大萬的設施很新，很乾凈，對比下來同等價位要比這個好很多……，上幾張大萬賓館的照片給大家看看吧。鉑悦華隆酒店應該在設施維護和服務上做一下提升。（床頭開關是壞的，屋裡WiFi是壞的，電視沒網看不了，淋浴頭太臟了，無窗房間進去以後有黴味，前台服務一般，早餐是送的很簡單，有就行了）

鶴壁鉑悦華隆酒店怎麼説呢，這個價格麼也不要太多要求。酒店老了點了，設施落後了，但衞生不怎麼樣，服務態度還行。如果酒店裝修一下，這個地段，這個面積簡直太好了，把價格拉高，可以説美美的。

網上定製，到了才知道是頂層，那倒也沒啥，就是拖鞋可臟，沒有沒發現有一次性的拖鞋，電話擱在櫃子裏，沒有安電話線，問前台點啥事兒得一趟一趟跑，衞生情況很一般，晚上噪音有點大，定製的房間説含有早餐，問前台説忘記跟師傅説了，沒有給做，退款説是網上訂的，無法補救，説下次入住可以優惠，這次不行，後來跟他們理論了幾句，前台跟經理溝通，説退五元錢早餐費，我也不要那五元錢了，以後也不會再來了，看來生意不好是有原因的，不是客户刁鑽，是酒店管理上確實有差距
