The room was large, clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The service staff were very good. I saw that they gave breakfast to children. It is definitely the most worthwhile hotel in Hechi. I will stay here again next time I return.

The check-in time is 14:00, but we arrived at 16:00 and were told that we couldn't check in because the guests hadn't checked out. The boy-themed room we said we wanted to keep when we booked it was not available, so we were given a pink girl's room. Finally, we waited for an hour for the auntie to clean up, and the front desk said that there was nothing they could do if the guests didn't check out, and they were not apologetic at all, meaning that if you don't stay in the room they arranged, then you won't be able to stay.
