A great hotel, but it was difficult to find the hotel entrance at first. The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was very good, the breakfast was good, the parking lot was large, and the air was particularly good in the morning

Excellent! Stayed there on business for two nights. Arrived on Wednesday 15.05.24 after a flight from Manchester UK. We had an early start on Thursday and Sem on reception kindly arranged a pre packed breakfast for us. Thanks mate you're a star! Sadly there's no on site restaurant for an evening meal, however it's only a 15-20 min easy stroll into town for a sit down meal and both nights we stayed they were very reasonable and very enjoyable! Heemskerk's absolutely charming, for me noted the understated Dutch design which I love, very peaceful town as well. Breakfast on Friday morning was very tasty and plenty there for anyone's choice, very much enjoyed that. Lovely hotel and staff and I'd happily recommend.

I went there for a night as I was attending a family event at the Castle. The castle is beautiful. The location is very good, the place is nice and quiet, surrounded by greenery. I was alone and I had a real single bed 😃. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but there’s everything in it with even a mini fridge and a safe. Everything was clean but unfortunately there was two strands of hair in the bathtub. The bed is very comfortable the pillow was bit hard. The breakfast is a buffet and is more than correct. The reception staff is really nice and helpful. They accepted to keep my luggage and there is someone available 24/7. Appart from the bathtub the hotel I enjoyed my stay.

En forte baisse. On ne fait les chambres que tous les 3 jours le service est inexistant rapport qualité prix faible C était beaucoup mieux avant L écologie a bon dos pour ne faire le service minimum Chambres bruyantes des qu un groupe parle dans le couloir À éviter

Mooie ligging, maar bij aankomst hadden we een fles wijn voor op de kamer besteld, deze was er niet en moesten naar de receptie om 2 flesjes en twee glazen te halen. De deur naar het balkon zat met 2 losse schroefjes vast, maar gelukkig was er een kluisje op de kamer… Vervolgens was de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Volgens receptie was dat overmacht, omdat er een groot aantal mensen aangekomen was. Daarom waren kamers van de reeds aanwezige gasten overgeslagen. Geen compensatie alleen excuses achteraf. Was fijn geweest van te voren geïnformeerd te zijn geweest dat onze kamer niet schoongemaakt kon worden. Het ontbijt was wel echt goed!!

Das Hotel war sicher mal gut, aber bei unserem Besuch war es nur schmutzig. Fleckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles staubig, die Sessel unzumutbar und die Badezimmer Fugen alle schwarz. Für 2 Nächte schlafen okay. Würde nicht wieder buchen.

Très bon hôtel : accueil professionnel, chambre impeccable, déjeuner varié et équilibré etc....Il est situé dans une région qui invite au calme et aux randonnées dans un parc naturel et le long de la mer . Nous y retournerons !

Wat een verschrikkelijke tent. Arrogant, slechte bediening en dramatische kwaliteit. Ze denken, zet er chateau op en vraag hoge prijzen maar zo werkt het niet, je zal wel kwaliteit moeten leveren op een nette, vriendelijke manier. Beter de tent sluiten.

Het is zeker geen slecht hotel. Maar het is ook zeker geen 4 sterren hotel, zoals ze zichzelf aanprijzen op de website. Het persoon is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de bistro was bovenverwachting lekker en ontbijt is erg volledig. Misschien troffen wij het slecht. Het was een hitte golf in Nederland. Een Braziliaans voetbal (U17) had net in Heemskerk een cup gewonnen. Ofterwijl. We konden de deuren niet open doen, vanwege het lawaai van die tieners die nog aan het na-feesten waren, maar met de deur dicht viel er vanwege de hitte niet te slapen. Echter, als je echt een 4 sterren hotel bent dan kan je op zulke situaties anticiperen. Ik gun het team zeker hun feestje, maar dat hoefde niet tot 2.00 's nachts te duren. Een lullig fannetje in de kamer was alles wat je tegen de warmte kon doen. Airconditioning had niet misstaan. Prijs / kwaliteit was niet in balans.
