酒店前台第二天在網上預訂的時候着急就下了豪華雙床，前台馬上就讓從新下單，網上的價格都是一樣的，要不還要換房間。真想下次重複預訂每天都換一間房。前台打電話借餐飲湯勺也説餐飲部下班。自己打電話找餐飲部就借到了。真不知道前台什麼意思。怕用丟還是沒在酒店點餐不給用。抽紙的盒子都是臟的

房間不開空調就有點冷 温度有點低 開了空調又乾燥，很早的酒店屋裡的紙抽很臟，然後和攜程溝通延遲2點退房 12點之前也要打電話溝通問，生怕你超時，再三確定你續住不 體驗感很差打完房間電話打手機📱

這次在鶴崗九州國際酒店的住宿體驗太棒了！客房給了我十足的驚喜。
一進房間，乾淨整潔的環境映入眼簾，床鋪柔軟舒適，躺上去一天的疲憊都消散了。房內設施齊全且品質優良，無論是燈光的亮度調節還是各種電器的使用，都非常便捷。浴室也毫無瑕疵，熱水充足，洗浴用品精緻好用。而且，房間隔音效果好，完全不會被外界打擾。從窗户望出去，景色也很不錯。酒店的客房服務更是周到，工作人員總是能及時滿足需求。在這裏住宿，真的是一種享受，強烈推薦！

外地來出差，硬件設施和客房環境很不錯，我原本就是在海南做酒店的，本酒店的前台服務很不錯，在酒店自身培訓的前提前廳服務人員基本素養也很好，房間內環境也不錯，想評價的內容有很多，總而言之很好！客房李經理回訪也很及時，銷售該有的流程！

酒店大堂的寬敞明亮、大大的停車場是最滿意的地方了！房間設備太舊了！淋浴下水道不通暢，洗個澡跟發大水一樣！前台辦理入住人員不夠熱情、起碼的禮貌用語都沒有（估計是大堂太熱了不願意講話了，大堂不開空調、靠開門的自然通風）房間空調也不太好用！總之，這一次的入住體驗不好！辦酒席的生意很好，大堂裏隨便吸煙的人很多沒有限制！

設施：挺好，衞浴是科勒的，洗漱用品味道好聞。大大的庭院大大的停車場，院裏還有一個洗浴中心；衞生做的非常好，乾淨，整潔；環境不錯，出行方便。服務很好，有呼必應。早餐很好，非常豐富！
