The lake view room is fantastic. Unfortunately no balcony. Breakfast is excellent. Nice swimming pool and Sonna area. Friendly staff. Large room. Baking 5 franc per day. Dinner was very good.

Great hotel, friendly reception staff and hotel was extremely clean and modern. Food within the hotel was of a good quality and selection, prices were, as expected on the higher side. Public transport is easy to access and use (we used the train and bus). Views from the hotel were stunning and the area immaculate. The room within the hotel was large, clean and airy, would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. Unfortunately, on this stay I didn't use the spa so I cannot review it.

We had great stay where we forgot of all troubles and fully and totally enjoyed ourselves in SPA, food options, gym,yoga etc. Great that in hotel website are listed all options how to entertain our selfs in the area in details as well as they thought of week programm for guests. City is lovely and view is spectacular. Fully quality renovated hotel.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Heiden many times over the years. I honestly dont have a single negative thing to say. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are perfect sized. The view..... well, it doesn't get much better than theirs. The spa services being included provides great value and really makes it hard to leave!

We went on a family trip to explore the Konstanza Lake, and we were really surprised by this marvelous hotel. The view is absolutely beautiful. The service is exceptional and the rooms, even if they were located with a view over the park, were excellent and not noisy at all. Very well climatised. We asked for the half pension and the vegan menu, and it was great! well balanced and nothing to complain about. My kids always got the kids' menu, which was excellent too. All of them were very helpful (one of them speaks Spanish), and she was very gentle in explaining to us places to go for a walk with the kids. One single issue is that we were with four luggage and lots of backpacks, and as we knew the hotel was very near the train stop, take a look at the timetable for the bus: it could be exhausting to arrive when you have traveled from a long distance. It is very well communicated and central, and it is a small, beautiful town.

Spend one night as birthday suprise gift in this hotel and restaurant. Beautiful interior, marvelous view across the lake of Constance and friendly staff. Most of all: no noisy children running around. Wobderful.
