Fengya Hotel

I booked this hotel because of its good location and the fact that it was newly opened, but after moving in I found it was too shabby and simple. The so-called river view room only allowed me to see a little bit of the Heilongjiang River through a crack, and there was not even a table. I checked in at night and wanted to order some takeout, but I could only eat by the bedside table. The shower in the bathroom was crooked, and there were two lights in the room that I could not turn off. I booked another hotel the next day, which was half the price of this one and had a much better environment. I drove to Lesser Khingan Mountains during the National Day holiday and it took eight days. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in in Heilongjiang.

The highlight of the hotel is its good location and ok service. The room hygiene is average, but the worst part is the room facilities. In addition to two beds and a bedside table, there is only one chair in the room. All luggage and belongings are placed on the floor, and the kettle and cups are placed on the washstand. The hotel management cannot be blamed. The shower water is from a water heater, but it may be hidden for the sake of beauty in the decoration. The water in the Northeast is particularly cold. I went downstairs to find a waiter, but there was no one there. I could only ask Ctrip after-sales service for help, but they couldn't find a waiter either. I had no choice but to make hot water for the elder to rinse his hair. As a result, the elder had a low fever the next morning. But I must praise Ctrip's customer service for actively helping to deal with it, especially the customer service guy on the second day, who helped to negotiate and handle the follow-up work, and was enthusiastic and quick. My mood on the first day was very bad, and I was much better. I am grateful to the staff of Ctrip. Even the elders in my family believed in Ctrip and registered an account, saying that they would use Ctrip when they go out in the future.
