Die Hardware ist sehr gut : großzügiger loftartiger Raum, die Balkone ideal südwestlich ausgerichtet, der kleine Brunnen plätschert vom satten Grün umgeben, der recht junge Ahorn gedeiht prächtig. Nachteil : die Balkone dienen auch als Notdurchgang inkl. zentral angelegter Notleiter, die den gesamten Gebäudekomplex bedient (3 oder 4 Eingänge & ebensoviele Stockwerke) : bei offener Balkontür zu schlafen ist da nichts für Angsthäse. Das Aussenmobiliar ist Sperrmüll, die allgemeine Ausstattung diep basic und zum Teil ziemlich verbraucht. Ich sah daß auch hier die Preise stark varieren : also mehr als'n Fuchzger pro Nacht würde ich nicht mehr zahlen.
