雲錦酒店是剛剛裝修好的，全智能語音系統，大屏幕電視開劇🉑過癮了，乾濕分離的衞生間很方便，床品軟硬度非常舒服，乳膠枕頭，全屋乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐熱情周到，是一次非常好的入住體驗，以後來黑山就住這家酒店。

毛巾掉毛 很多很多 建議自己帶毛巾 位置方便 新裝修的有點味道 東西挺全的 wifi挺快的 電視投屏也不卡 床不是特別軟 但是整體還不錯

首先酒店新裝修的，設備很新，衞生也很好。但是房間味道很大，早上起床喉嚨很痛很痛。這些都可以理解，但是幫我辦理入住的前台是我給差評的主要原因，沒經過培訓吧！拉着一張大長臉，我站她面前問她話，她很長時間不回覆我馬上要再問一遍了，她才悠悠的説出幾個字，連頭都不抬的那種！住過多少酒店了，大的小的，這種服務態度的沒有見過！我下單下了2次（下重複了）她把2個都點擊已入住了，我説怎麼整？她説給客服打電話，我説我沒有看到客服電話在哪裡，她又加重聲音説：給客服打電話！早餐不怎麼好吃，不需要額外花錢買了。

設施：東西都很新。
衞生：應該是剛收拾完，進去的時候地上還有水沒幹，拖布留下的水的氣味和屋子裡的氣味都很難聞。
環境：有不知名的陌生男人在十點多來開我的房門，還把我門前當衞生間小便池，直接流進我房間裏，很噁心也很可怕。
服務：服務基本都很好，但不懂為什麼會懷疑我有訪客。

新裝修但是有味道，半夜去的情況下，前台説網壞了沒法錄入房卡，溝通費勁，態度一般，第二天一大早就有裝修聲音，一點沒休息好
