房間設施還可以，環境也很好，但是交通不方便，上山路狹窄，而且不是單行道，很多地方衹能容許一車通行，下雨天有落石的危險，另外，酒店服務有待加強，我們抵達後總枱無人接待，打了電話等了一會兒才有個小姑娘過來，去的時候住客好像衹有我們四個，行李生都沒有，衹有一個小姑娘幫忙把行李大箱子搬上二樓，旁邊有在玩耍的男員工看見也不來幫忙，一點服務意識都沒有，很無語

1、真的太屁了，第一次在網上打差評送給你們酒店。晚上七點二十分去餐廳吃飯，就説廚師下班了。關鍵這裏要去山下吃飯的開盤山公路二十多公里，請問會有人去嗎？2、酒店毫無管理，無酒店的關懷，喊我們去前台買方便麪（10塊一桶）這就是國企四川能投所謂重資投資的酒店嗎？哈哈哈不敢相信，這在市場當中到底有什麼競爭力！3、該酒店無內容，無設施，無服務

既然酒店初七開始打烊，不辦理入住，為什麼攜程上面還要接單。攜程下訂單過後酒店是需要確認訂單顧客才前往的。既然接單就服務好顧客。如果因為酒店春節後全員休整酒店打烊，那入住當天聯繫我説客滿不就好了麼，或者解釋一下酒店運營時間節點也可以呀。然而衹告訴我温泉應為水壓問題不能提供。結果到酒店後工作人員寥寥幾人！服務感受就是你們員工很疲倦。嘴上説的好，就是不做事情。至於早餐就衹有麪條選擇，還好小工情商高點沖了一些牛奶。

親子游到四川 朋友推薦到這個酒店來玩 漫山遍野的蒼翠竹林 第一天到的時候雨剛停 迷霧中的竹林別有一番景緻 第二天一早就晴天了 房間推開窗就可以看見園區景色 不愧是玉蘭山風景區 一步一景 樓下有小童玩的滑梯 步道非常整潔安全 對小朋友非常友好不會磕碰 在湖裡看見了野鴨子 夜晚前台小姐姐説有螢火蟲我們還超幸運的拍到了螢火蟲 這裏的用餐非常方便 睡懶覺起來也可以點餐 自貢菜特別好吃 價格合理 用餐時候小朋友不聽話 服務員送了小禮物還幫我照看寶寶非常貼心 客房打掃的很乾凈 房間很隔音 這個季節打開空調一點也不會冷 還可以泡温泉 小寶寶的泳衣都有一應俱全非常貼心 店員 推薦我們去了的大壩 去竹林裏飲用了泉水 可惜我們來的季節有點晚這裏要是夏天來一定是一個非常非常好的避暑勝地 有機會還要來這裏度假 感謝前台小姐姐送寶寶的小禮物 客房姐姐送的水謝謝大家熱情周到的服務 為我們在四川旅遊留下非常好的記憶 有機會還會來做客！五星推薦❤
