必須給這家酒店一個五星好評，首先從進門開始門衞大叔就給你貼心拎包包，前台也是有求必應（在能力範圍內）在誇誇他們的客房服務真的很貼心，我住了兩天打掃房間的阿姨看到我例假來了還貼心送上紅糖水，早餐服務也超好，牛奶咖啡不用自己倒的，臨走的時候還送伴手禮，點贊👍

房間寬敞明亮，舒適性很好，床品乾淨，位置也不錯，斜對面就是台頭廟，服務熱情禮貌而周到，晚上還有夜宵，我以為是個噱頭，沒想到送上來的餛飩出乎意料的好吃，希望繼續保持下去。早餐很是豐盛且全乎，完全可以放心住！

服務在河津來講，絕對是頭部的酒店前台，工作人員非常熱情周到，昨天幫忙升級了房間，每個人都很客氣周到熱情，房間很寬敞，也很乾凈，早上去用早餐的時候，工作人員很熱情，早餐豐盛，環境很好，對了，還可以免費洗衣服和免費吃宵夜，每次來都有驚喜，推薦！

雖然最高衹能點五分，但我想給六分，多一分是給前台美女的。非常熱情…這個必須點贊。公務出差，出發前從攜程預訂的時候，發現這家寶藏酒店，我們是從臨汾坐車到的河津，在火車上和同事還在規劃下車叫滴滴。結果車還沒到站。前台美女就打電話説酒店免費接送，這個非常棒。到酒店第一時間給我們的茶杯填滿水，還給我們每人一杯温度適宜的茶水解渴。畫重點，我們兩個的背包第一時間就被小姐姐給接過去，得知我們預訂的房間不含早餐後，免費贈送了早餐票。辦理入住全程微笑接待。詢問問題。解答的很專業，整個酒店團隊配合的非常完美。
入住手續辦理完，小姐姐幫忙拎着行李帶我們上樓，並且進門第一時間打開空調，房間裏已經放好了歡迎水果，並且是清洗過的，這個很棒。晚上酒店還提供了宵夜，直接送到房間，雞湯麪味道超級贊，給廚師點贊，晚上十點了還在辛苦。
早餐在三樓餐廳，我們早晨九點鐘去就餐，工作人員詢問後，第一時間把牛奶端來放在餐桌上。餐廳就餐環境很温馨，菜品種類豐富。作為甜點愛好者，必須要説，餐後甜點不錯。
房間隔音非常好，設施配備很人性化，還有洗衣液，這個非常不錯。我們退房後，得知我們要去火車站，小姐姐免費送我們去的車站，又剩下一筆，雖然打車也不貴，重點是，我們退房時還送了一份禮品，足見服務之細節。就這種服務態度，讓你入住第一時間就有種賓至如歸的愉快感，離開時又有點依依不捨。細節決定成敗，強烈推薦這家H酒店，有一説一，我們前一天在臨汾入住的萬達酒店，雖然比H酒店檔次高，但各方面來講，河津市的這家H酒店是全方位碾壓萬達酒店的。有圖有真相，後面上圖

酒店界的海底撈！！這是我住過服務最好的酒店沒有之一，前台陪着到客房，早餐餐廳五六個服務員做服務，我去過很多國家很多城市，沒遇到過這麼誇張的服務，太滿意了！ 五星好評

房間設施完善，乾淨整潔！酒店提前來電話登記車牌方便入住，一到前台就給遞上了熱水，還幫忙送行李，前台提供免費的濕巾和酒精濕巾，還送小果盤。早餐品種豐富，退房時送了小禮品，特別貼心。這是最好的一次體驗，比這貴的酒店也住過不少，從沒有遇到過這樣的服務，必須👍🏻一個，強烈推薦！第一次認真的做評價
