前台服務員説話語氣超冷，全程耷拉着臉，愛理不理的，可能是入住是凌晨了，影響她休息。我是給你們送財的，不是受氣的，如果顧客不入住，老闆拿什麼給你發工資。也不知道拽的底氣是哪裡來的。

停車方便，房間很丈，吃飯若要求不高也可，附近有家淮南牛肉湯不錯。早餐也可，酒店內有個游泳館不錯。

前台服務員態度有問題，可能覺得網上訂的便宜了還是咋滴，因為想游泳需要升級行政房，一但辦了入住手續，哪怕，你還沒入住，你想升級他也不給你升，理由藉口辦了入住無法升級，也就是説普通標準間大床是無法游泳的，還有家裡帶小孩的早餐是不跟的，

一個超預期酒店，酒店位於温泉泳池上層，但比想象得好，房間很大很安靜，不太挑的話，酒店有20元的自助晚餐，很方便，口味家常！服務員耐心熱情，總體滿意。

房間豪華，超大，乾淨，洗手間沒乾濕分離但不影響，因為足夠大，床也睡得舒服，就是早餐太早了，一睡醒看，已經過了早餐時間，浪費了，温泉要訂商務房以上才能使用
