The hotel staff are very welcoming. I needed to go to the hospital around 11pm due to allergies. They arranged a special car to pick me up and pick up my medicine. The service was really excellent. It was a pleasant stay. The facilities were perfect and there was heating.

來草原住住蒙古包挺好的，就是晚上容易分不清是哪個包，但是可以找前台帶過去，房間裏有獨立衞生間，晚上一入住就來了暖氣還是暖和，被子被套都用了一次性罩子包起來的，讓人感覺很乾凈。

第一次入住蒙古包，雖然設施相對簡單，但是給孩子們的草原之旅留下了深刻印象，特別是第二天早上起來拉開窗簾，滿滿的陽光傾瀉進蒙古包，讓人印象深刻！

新疆之旅第二站，從庫車出發到巴音布魯克選擇了這家民宿酒店，環境還是不錯的，車可以直接開到蒙古包前面，到的時候下了雨超級冷，還好房間有暖氣。酒店對面有個文化村，聽説不下雨的時候每晚都有篝火晚會，可惜錯過了！這邊吃飯也很方便，就在鎮上，附近都是吃的。第一次住蒙古包，出門就是大草原的感覺還是不錯的~

設施：極其簡陋，茶杯和洗漱都是1次性紙杯，與其昂貴的房價不匹配！更難以接受的是Wi-Fi竟然無信號！
衞生：滿屋的死蒼蠅🪰
環境：道路泥濘
服務：服務態度極差，近1000元的價格竟然衹給2瓶水，再多要就要花錢買，前台就像政府衙門，毫無親和感！
總之這是1次非常糟糕的居住體驗。
