There is a small garden terrace on the fifth floor, located by the river, opposite Vietnam, and not too far from the border. The room is OK. We booked two twin rooms with river views. One of the rooms only had very hot water for the shower, which scalded my companion. It took a long time to fix the shower water. My companion asked the waiter to change the room but got no response. He just kept saying ”please forgive me”. We had to go to another room to take a shower. After about 10:30 pm, the noise from the hotel's entertainment city was very loud, which lasted for several hours.

The hotel is a new hotel. The conditions are good in all aspects and the accommodation is very comfortable. However, the arrangement of the facilities is not very reasonable. The first is to turn off the air conditioning. The temperature in the river mouth is relatively high and it is not particularly cold. , but the air conditioner is turned off and there is no way to adjust the temperature. The bed uses an eiderdown quilt and a duck down mattress. It is extremely hot when you sleep and it is easy to get sick. The second is that the hot water on the upper floors is unstable. This is an area that the hotel needs to improve. The hotel staff are also very service-oriented and responsive to guests' needs. Manager Li Yang at the front desk has a very good service attitude. He personally goes to the guest rooms to provide services and coordinate related issues, which is a very good job. Overall, the hotel is good. It is also a new hotel. It needs a running-in process. I hope it will get better and better

The pictures match the real thing! ! ! The hotel environment is very good, simple and comfortable. However, some hotel facilities need to be improved. For example, anti-slip mats and disposable toilet mats can be added to the bathrooms. Otherwise, there will be a lot of water on the floor every time you come out of the shower. The room is very wide. It is recommended to add an extra chair. Since there are two people staying, it will be inconvenient if one of them is always sitting next to the bed to eat. In short, the overall environment is good and the hotel is very cost-effective. I highly recommend it.
