Hekou Hotels with Gym

A very old hotel. The facilities are a bit old. The location is very good. But the price/performance ratio is not as good as before. The services and facilities of the surrounding hotels of the same price are much better than this one. The service is not as good as before. The waiter's response speed is OK, but the attitude is always sullen. There are many people gathered in the lobby, standing or sitting, smoking, speaking the local dialect and chatting loudly. I have stayed in this hotel before and felt good, but this time the contrast is very big. I feel that the management and service are obviously not as good as before. I don't recommend it.

It's my first time to stay in this hotel. It feels good. The transportation is convenient, the environment is nice, the waiters are very friendly, and they provide free breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel only for 1 night and we believe it met the expectations. If you are looking for a place close to the border with Vietnam (walking distance), this is your place. - Staff: Very nice and helpful people. We contacted them through WeChat in advance and they were very helpful in quick answering us; - Room: Ok. This is an old building, with an old decor so don’t expect a 5 stars hotel room but it is spacious, with air conditioner and the bed sheets were clean. - Location: Amazing, especially if you plan to cross the border to Vietnam. The hotel is 10min walking from to the main building. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax, maybe you could find better options. However, if you are only looking for practical place to sleep for 1 night, it definitely does the job! 👌🏼

The stay was all good but the bottled water provided within the room likely had been filled up with tap water. I became so sick when consuming it on the train. I only drank water that day. And after being so sick (vomiting and becoming super sweaty) it only became worse as I drank more of that bottled water.

The beauty of Hekou is all given by this hotel. It’s too hot, too hot, and I don’t want to go anywhere, so staying in the hotel is the most comfortable! The breakfast is so delicious, the best breakfast in Honghe state these days! There are not many types, but the most important thing is that they are all delicious!

I have traveled many times and have never seen this in other hotels. Later, I thought that forgetting that I don’t like to answer the phone, then add WeChat communication. The customer service sent me this 🙂 (what does it mean that I don’t want to care, but the experience as a guest is undoubtedly extremely poor) (there are pictures and recordings) I made four calls that day. The first one was to ask how to get to the hotel from the train station. The second one was to find the hotel near the residential area and ask where the customer service was. The third one was that the hotel did not have a front desk. I called to ask how to stay. The fourth one was to ask the washing machine. All are reasonable as the needs of the guests, and the last call is about 9:30 in the evening. This store is like a king in the process of meeting the reasonable needs of the guests. But the demand is solved, that is, the attitude is very poor. It is not very happy to make people travel. Not the responsibility of the hotel, but the part of my stay experience is very bad: (My check-in time is 20240131, I don't know if it will be improved after that) I don't know if the downstairs is building or unloading. It is very, very noisy. I can hear the hum of the car at two o'clock in the morning, which especially affects the rest. (There are also video and image recordings, which are taken in the hotel room, and the noise I recorded can be heard when the volume is turned on) Praise part: The room as a whole is fine, consistent with the photo. The bed is moderately hard and the toilet is separated from wet and dry. (There are two lights in the toilet, one is not bright, but the other is still bright, so it doesn't matter) The environment of the community is very good! A lot of green plants are very happy to walk! The clothes can be washed and dried on the top floor (the first floor is the top floor), but the washing machine in the homestay is a bit dirty. After my clothes are washed, there is a smell. After washing the clothes, I went downstairs and bought a bottle of 84 to soak the clothes. It is not recommended to use. If you go to the port to live, it is ten yuan expensive. Although the room does not have this layout, the stores I met are warm and cute. If there is any question in the room, they will give me a good answer. I also introduced me to a lot of local things and even went to participate with me, and the experience was much better. Let me give you a reference, everyone chooses it.

It's good. It's convenient to park underneath, but it's a bit dark. The security guard used a flashlight to light it up for me. He was very welcoming. The lights in the room were a bit dark. The breakfast was great, rich and tasty. The location is good, the balcony can see the Vietnamese old street on the other side.
