We stay here every time we cross into Vietnam. It’s reasonably priced, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is decent. It was much better in previous years but that’s to be expected. Less tourists go there these days post Covid.

The hotel environment is good and quite quiet. It is a government reception hotel. The hardware facilities are OK, but the air conditioning and heating are average. Maybe Hekou County doesn't have many cooling weather. I recommend this place for accommodation in Hekou.

The hotel is on the mountain, a little far from the city, suitable for self-driving. The view is wide, you can see the China-Vietnam Highway Bridge and Vietnam on the other side of the Red River. The garden-style environment is beautiful and quiet.

The hotel environment is good, but... the room is too musty. The musty smell that goes straight into the nose cannot be relieved by opening the door, window or air conditioner. After staying for one night, the room was already smelly the next day!

This hotel is very old, and many walls are moldy. There is a musty smell when entering the room. The environment outside is nice, full of green plants. You can see the China-Vietnam border crossing bridge next to the hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool. The original intention of booking this hotel was to let the children swim, but the hotel informed us that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning without any warning, but we did not see any staff changing the water in the hotel's swimming pool, which was very disappointing.
