The experience is better. 1. The boss is from the north, he is generous, warm and friendly. 2. The room design is relatively beautiful, all electrical appliances are complete, and there are electric mosquito coils. 3. It's quiet when sleeping. 4. The location is relatively good, next to Vietnam City. 5. His accommodation is in a community. There are security guards at the entrance of the community, so safety precautions are relatively good. There is also a barbecue stall at the door, but I haven’t tried it yet. 6. There are other tenants in the B&B, and it is relatively quiet during the day, which does not affect your rest. 7. The registration process is relatively convenient. Online registration is convenient and fast, and the check-in procedure is simple and saves time. 8. The lighting combination in the room is more flexible, and the bathroom partitions are better designed.

The transportation will be a bit inconvenient. I really want to complain about the hygiene. The slippers smell bad and you can smell the disgusting smell from a distance. There are so many small bugs under the cushion on the bay window, and they will crawl onto the bed. The carpet was full of dust and debris. The shower gel in the bathroom was watered down. It was watery and had a sour smell. I stayed for two days and tried to solve the bug problem. Every time I went out, I couldn't find anyone. The boss couldn't see it, and the employees couldn't see it either. Although 60 yuan is not expensive, 60 yuan should be better than this in a small county. I changed to a hotel in the center of the county for 60 yuan, which was much cleaner than this.

The boss is very enthusiastic and will introduce the scenic spots and special foods. There is no burden to play. The inn is in a community and is very quiet at night. Downstairs is Vietnam Town. When I went there, all the shops were not open yet. There are relatively few people. Maybe there will be more people in the second half of this year.

老闆人很好，房間很乾凈，裝修風格好看，拍照出片，房間就能直接點吃的，老闆自己做的，好吃，很棒！

房間是工業風，所以有一面牆是磚頭，上面有衣掛，但不適合放衣服，容易刮花。另外一面水泥牆平整，但是衣架又壞了。沒有紗窗，為了防蟲所以不能開窗（浴室沒有換氣系統）大廳有老鼠，我看見兩次了。我倒是無所謂，估計妹子得嚇壞了。房間隔音比較差。有一半的房間都是靠近一個卡車停車場的，晚上車子還是有的，怕噪音的最好備一個耳塞。但我是不怕噪音的，所以還好。附近吃的非常少，不過縣城裡的外賣還是能送到的，不考慮外賣的慎重。

整體體驗有好有壞，分開寫一下 差評部分： 服務態度很差，想用洗衣機的時候打電話給客服問能不能用，客服一副我好像在刁難他的樣子。我旅遊過很多次，住其他酒店都沒見過這種的。後面我想着説算了這麼不喜歡接電話那就加一下微信溝通吧，客服給我發了個這🙂（是什麼意思我是不想管，但是作為住客的體驗無疑差到極點）（有圖片和錄音記錄） 我那天打了四通電話，第一通是問從火車站怎麼去酒店，第二通是到了住宅區附近找不到民宿問客服在哪，第三通是酒店沒有前台我打電話問怎麼入住，第四通就是問洗衣機。全都是合理的作為住客的需求，最後一通電話也是大概晚上九點半打的沒有很晚。這家店在滿足住客合理需求的過程中拽的像天王**一樣。 但是需求是有被解決的，就是態度非常差。讓人旅行不是很快樂。 不是酒店的責任，但是我入住體驗很不好的部分： （我入住時間是20240131，不知道之後會不會改善）樓下不知道是在蓋樓還是在卸貨，非常非常吵，到凌晨兩點都還能聽到車的嗡嗡聲，特別影響休息。（也有視頻和圖像記錄，就在酒店房間裏拍的，音量開大點就能聽到我錄的噪音） 好評部分： 房間整體沒啥問題，和照片相符。床軟硬適中，廁所算乾濕分離。（廁所有兩盞燈，有一盞不亮，但是另一盞還亮所以不礙事） 小區的環境很好！綠植很多走着很開心！ 衣服洗了曬不幹還可以上頂樓曬（民宿再上一層就是頂樓）但是民宿的洗衣機有點臟，我衣服洗了之後有股臭味，洗完衣服臭的我直接下樓買了瓶84回來泡衣服，不建議用。 去口岸那邊住的話衹是貴十塊，雖然房間沒有這種佈置了，但是我遇到的那邊的店家都熱情又可愛，房間有什麼疑問他們都會給我好好的解答。也給我介紹很多當地事物甚至和我一起去參與，體驗好多了。 給大家參考一下，大家自己選擇吧。
