Advantages: Quiet and clean, close to the port and within walking distance. Disadvantages: Elderly people with inconvenient legs and feet, and those with heavy luggage should consider this. There is no elevator, the front of the building is steep and narrow, and it is not convenient to turn.

Although it is a family hotel, it has a tropical feel because of the palm trees and small balcony outside the window. The owner is enthusiastic and answers all questions. It is on the main road and is easy to find. Facing the river, on the opposite side is Vietnam. Just a short walk to the port and food court. Hygiene is also good, but there are too few rolling papers.

The location is good. It's on the main road of Binjiang. It's very convenient for shopping at night. It's not far from the port, Fengqing Street and the old train station. My room also has a small balcony, which is convenient for drying clothes. There is just no tissue paper, but I am not picky. All the places I have stayed in in Yunnan are of similar price and are pet-friendly. There is no harm in not comparing. There is also no parking lot. This is the problem. The same-priced B&Bs I booked elsewhere can at least park on the roadside, but this time I can only park near the owner's house, which is about 1 km away from the hotel.

The room is affordable and there is a market nearby where you can go around. You can ride a shared bicycle from the train station directly to the door.
