3-Star Hotels in Hekou

It's my first time to stay in this hotel. It feels good. The transportation is convenient, the environment is nice, the waiters are very friendly, and they provide free breakfast.

There is a small garden terrace on the fifth floor, located by the river, opposite Vietnam, and not too far from the border. The room is OK. We booked two twin rooms with river views. One of the rooms only had very hot water for the shower, which scalded my companion. It took a long time to fix the shower water. My companion asked the waiter to change the room but got no response. He just kept saying ”please forgive me”. We had to go to another room to take a shower. After about 10:30 pm, the noise from the hotel's entertainment city was very loud, which lasted for several hours.

It's good. It's convenient to park underneath, but it's a bit dark. The security guard used a flashlight to light it up for me. He was very welcoming. The lights in the room were a bit dark. The breakfast was great, rich and tasty. The location is good, the balcony can see the Vietnamese old street on the other side.

The room is clean and smell-free, and the supporting facilities are complete. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the scenery outside is also good, making people who are traveling feel like they are home!

The rooms and bedding are clean and odorless. 24 hours hot water is good. The front desk and room staff are warm and meticulous. There is an elevator. There is an underground parking lot. Close to the national gate. There are three big supermarkets around. Easy to eat. There is a small farmer's market 300 meters away. To go to the parking lot, you need to find the front desk to take it.

The location of the hotel is very good. It covers all the scenic spots in Hekou on foot. Downstairs is the port crossing and Hekou Old Station. The viewing room is on the 4th floor. The railway bridge cannot be seen, but the pedestrian bridge can be seen. An old three-star hotel. The hotel is very big. It should be owned by the Railway Bureau. The facilities are a bit old. The door cannot be locked and the sewer must be closed, otherwise there will be many bugs. Some sockets are loose. The sound insulation is average. The toilet paper provided is very rough. . But it's still pretty clean.

The service of the hotel is very warm, the front desk lady and the room hygiene people are very good, very kind! ! The price of the room is also very high. As soon as I enter the door, I feel that the room is very clean and tidy, and it is also very bright, convenient facilities, good service, high efficiency, basically responsive, parking is free, I like the rice noodles and rice noodles for breakfast, a lot of ingredients, a lot of meat, really love it! ! ! I like this chaise longue very much. It’s really good to lie down and watch TV. I also like the green plants next to the washing. I look forward to the next stay! highly recommended! ! For example, anti-slip mats and disposable toilet mats can be added to the bathrooms. Otherwise, there will be a lot of water on the floor every time you come out of the shower. The room is very wide. It is recommended to add an extra chair. Since there are two people staying, it will be inconvenient if one of them is always sitting next to the bed to eat. In short, the overall environment is good and the hotel is very cost-effective. I highly recommend it.
