There is a small garden terrace on the fifth floor, located by the river, opposite Vietnam, and not too far from the border. The room is OK. We booked two twin rooms with river views. One of the rooms only had very hot water for the shower, which scalded my companion. It took a long time to fix the shower water. My companion asked the waiter to change the room but got no response. He just kept saying ”please forgive me”. We had to go to another room to take a shower. After about 10:30 pm, the noise from the hotel's entertainment city was very loud, which lasted for several hours.

The beautiful lady Zeng at the front desk of the hotel warmly received us and quickly arranged a satisfactory room for us. The room is spacious. The bathroom is divided into three areas. There is a lifestyle supermarket in the same building. There is a square next to it. After a few steps, we arrived at the Red River.
The breakfast dining environment is very beautiful. The food is also good.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Vietnam Town.
When the weather is hot, swimming is a good choice.

A very old hotel. The facilities are a bit old. The location is very good. But the price/performance ratio is not as good as before. The services and facilities of the surrounding hotels of the same price are much better than this one. The service is not as good as before. The waiter's response speed is OK, but the attitude is always sullen. There are many people gathered in the lobby, standing or sitting, smoking, speaking the local dialect and chatting loudly. I have stayed in this hotel before and felt good, but this time the contrast is very big. I feel that the management and service are obviously not as good as before. I don't recommend it.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I am not a trust, nor is it the hotel next door. I checked in at noon that day and went out to go out at night. When I came back, I found a blood stain on the sheets. I clearly saw the blood stains. I told the front desk lady. After seeing it, I opened a room again and reopened this room. There were dirty marks. So I asked not to change it, and I changed the quilt to me again. The hotel did do it. Later, the front desk lady told me that the boss could upgrade me to the superior room type for free. Because of the time problem, I needed to rest at 12 o'clock that night and refused. Overall, there is no high-end hotel in the mouth. Another better hotel was originally opened but the location is not convenient. I chose this location.

TTougeinidawaidiaoBehind the hotel is Vietnam Town, where you can eat some Vietnamese snacks and buy some specialties. It is worth a visit. There are also ambient lights at night, which are quite beautiful. When I came here, I happened to catch up with the Lantern Festival event in Hekou. There was a bonfire party. There were so many people that I couldn't even squeeze in. It was super lively.

Bad review part:
The service attitude is very poor. When I want to use the washing machine, I call the customer service to ask if I can use it. The customer service looks like I am martyrizing him. I have traveled many times and have never seen this in other hotels. Later, I thought that forgetting that I don’t like to answer the phone, then add WeChat communication. The customer service sent me this 🙂 (what does it mean that I don’t want to care, but the experience as a guest is undoubtedly extremely poor) (there are pictures and recordings)
I made four calls that day. The first one was to ask how to get to the hotel from the train station. The second one was to find the hotel near the residential area and ask where the customer service was. The third one was that the hotel did not have a front desk. I called to ask how to stay. The fourth one was to ask the washing machine. All are reasonable as the needs of the guests, and the last call is about 9:30 in the evening. This store is like a king in the process of meeting the reasonable needs of the guests.
But the demand is solved, that is, the attitude is very poor. It is not very happy to make people travel.
Not the responsibility of the hotel, but the part of my stay experience is very bad:
(My check-in time is 20240131, I don't know if it will be improved after that) I don't know if the downstairs is building or unloading. It is very, very noisy. I can hear the hum of the car at two o'clock in the morning, which especially affects the rest. (There are also video and image recordings, which are taken in the hotel room, and the noise I recorded can be heard when the volume is turned on)

The room as a whole is fine, consistent with the photo. The bed is moderately hard and the toilet is separated from wet and dry. (There are two lights in the toilet, one is not bright, but the other is still bright, so it doesn't matter)
The environment of the community is very good! A lot of green plants are very happy to walk!
The clothes can be washed and dried on the top floor (the first floor is the top floor), but the washing machine in the homestay is a bit dirty. After my clothes are washed, there is a smell. After washing the clothes, I went downstairs and bought a bottle of 84 to soak the clothes. It is not recommended to use.
If you go to the port to live, it is ten yuan expensive. Although the room does not have this layout, the stores I met are warm and cute. If there is any question in the room, they will give me a good answer. I also introduced me to a lot of local things and even went to participate with me, and the experience was much better.

The hotel is in the same building as the Binjiang International Hotel and is an apar**ent hotel. However, the floor of the Blueberry Hotel is higher and the scenery is more beautiful.
