Dear lady behind the reception The hotel is antique decorated nice living room with bar (open until 8 pm) and several sitting areas Room was okay pillows were really worn out and on one there was a blood stain and on a duvet cover there was also a stain Immediately reported and we got a new pillow and cover I think they should pay more attention to that They should throw away the pillows immediately and buy new ones that were really terribly flat Bathroom was okay but it could do with a makeover joints full of mold and ceiling too Breakfast was great lots of choice rolls slices of bread sweets cheeses hams eggs pancakes fruit really lots of choice Not much to do in the area ended up there to go to Roermond the next day Gr Anja gosia Rachel

Ze noemen zichzelf tegenwoordig hotel nieuw antiek. Het kussen was erg dun en hard. Dit komt de rust niet ten goede. Het hotel ligt aan een kruising van een drukke weg. Met de ramen dicht was het met het geluid te doen. Het ontbijt is redelijk. Het personeel is overigens hulpvaardig en vriendelijk.

Das Hotel Nieuwe Antiek liegt im Zentrum des Örtchens Helden. Ein Supermarkt, einige Restaurants und anderes ist fußläufig erreichbar. Helden selbst ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu nahen Naturschutzgebieten, in die Stadt Venlo oder für Fahrradtouren in der Gegend (E-Räder können im Hotel gebucht werden). Ausflugstipps sind auf der modernen Webseite aufgeführt. Das Hotel selbst bietet einen spannenden Mix aus historischen Räumen und modern eingerichteten, sauberen Hotelzimmern. Das junge Betreiberpaar kümmert sich mit absoluter Hingabe darum, dass keine Wünsche bei Gästen offen bleiben. Der liebevolle Blick für Details macht das Haus zu etwas Besonderem. Das beginnt bei dem Frühstücksbuffet mit einem fein ausgewählten und wechselnden Angebot hin zum Bierangebot bis zu den originalen Kunstwerken im Frühstücksraum. Es gab bei meinem Aufenthalt nichts, was ich kritisieren könnte. Wer auf mit Herzblut geführte Familienhotels steht, wird hier glücklich.

ouderwets en basic hotel. Maar toch heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij sliepen in het oude gedeelte en dat zag je wel aan inrichting en zo... maar als je enkel komt om te slapen en te eten is dat geen probleem. Bedden zelf mochten iets harder en vooral de kussens mochten wat voller zijn. Ontbijt was vrij uitgebreid en lekker. Al bij al vrij goedkoop voor hetgeen je krijgt.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das wirkt als wäre es von den tollen Betreibern aus einem kleinen Dornröschenschlaf erweckt worden. Ein einzigartiges Ambiente im Frühstücks- und ehemaligen Restaurantraum. Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr schönes Zimmer. Jederzeit wieder!
