Carpark a little small but you can use next door. Room a little tired with marks on carpet. Quiet room and good sleep. Breakfast included which was good quality, however coffee machine not great.

Toilets were not cleaned, hot water shower didn’t work as the knob was stuck, sealant in the bathroom were dirty. Small room. The second bed was uncomfortable to sleep..

Check in was abrupt, the receptionist seemed more bothered about the people behind us. We had booked 3 rooms and two other family members had booked 2 other rooms.
The room was clean but the bathroom needed a good scrub in 4 out of the 5 rooms.
When I booked the rooms I was made to believe we could use the pool and gym but on checking in we were told it would cost £20 per person.
