Nice campground with spacious sites, full hookups, great WiFi and cable. Facilities were new and immaculate. Friendly staff, very clean orderly campground. Trees provided nice shade and the bunch grasses planted between the sites added a touch of screening. The Price river flows along one side of the campground.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at Castle Gate RV Park. This was one of the friendliest places on our 2-week RV trip, from Colorado to Boise. Nice amenities, clean bathrooms with roomy showers and plenty of space between sites with shade trees! Cute little town - loved the trains! Wish we had more time to explore! Will definitely return :)

A really nice RV Park. Sites are gravel, level and spacious between sites. Showers/Laundry rooms are well maintained and clean. Camped in the “no smoking/no campfire” row. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to historic downtown Helper, UT. A few good restaurants in town as well. Would definitely stay here again.

FYI We stayed in one of the nice cabins and enjoyed it very much. we own an RV park also and know what it takes to provide for guest. We needed time off before our season starts in May so we toured Helper and areas around it. There is lots of things to do in this area and loaded with history. Had a super time and took a good look at the RV park and facilities, all was very nice and roomy. not like some sardine packed RV parks. I never made time to fish but the creek looked inviting. I'd love to spend more time at Castle Gate. Tim and Lori W.

We showed up after hours and they were super accommodating. I accidentally paid for two nights when we were staying only one and they corrected it before we were even set up! The campground is very nice and had everything you could ask for. Will definitely stay again.

I’m curious as to your method of madness. Why do you park people right next to each other, in this case a permanent resident, when your entire park is nearly empty???? I’m sorry but I just don’t get it. 😡 This is a nice park but it takes away from the park when you do this.

We love staying at Castle Gate and we highly recommend it. well maintained, friendly staff, reasonable rates. The unisex bathroom model should be copied by more parks. Noise issues? Road noise from Hwy 6 is not an issue, and only occasionally from trains.

This was the first stop of our trip through Utah. The campground was clean and well-maintained. The sites were large and well-spaced out. There is a busy road nearby but there's also a river which is nice and keeps some of the highway noise down.
