Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library.

酒店位置極佳，STOCKMANN 百貨商場對面。門前就有有軌電車站，一站直達中央火車站或幾站就能到達郵輪碼頭。酒店有自己的餐吧衹可惜週日不營業。酒店部分地下房間無窗户，部分房間在後樓需要經過轉換電梯並在樓道里走一段不短的路，一定問清楚。本人入住的兩天裏遇到了好幾個找不到自己房間的旅客。酒店設施衞生以及房間佈局都不錯，特別適合東亞旅客的是房間內有熱水壺並提供了多種茶葉咖啡的選擇。早餐豐盛選擇也很多適合喜歡吃西餐的旅客。乘坐一部小九十年高齡的電梯也是一種體驗哈哈。

Good location near Helsinki central train station. Can walked to most places including senate square and there are many eateries around. Room is spacious for 3 of us

We booked 3 room for one night when we transit from Helsinki to rova, the location is good - surrounded by many shopping mall. Stockmann is just opposite the hotel and train station is behind. The room is just normal hotel room so don’t set too high expectation on the room. Walking distance to most of the tourist spot.
