had a great nights stay. only stayed for one night. receptionists were amazing. jessica in housekeeping did an absolutely amazing job. had a quick conversation with her when i was heading to my room. great customer service. will be returning.

Great service from lovely friendly staff. Room was comfortable with adjustable heating, could have done with fluffier pillows but probably could have asked for them. The helpful reception staff gave me a downstairs room due to my having knee pain. There are also disabled parking spots outside the front entrance of the hotel. Had breakfast in the May Tree every morning, where we found the food to be plentiful and tasty. Had great friendly service from Denise and Nikki in particular. Very happy to return to this Premier Inn every time we come to this part of Cornwall.

Lovely big rooms, clean and spacious. Lovely reception staff on arrival and always warm and welcoming. Shout outs to Amanda Katie Emma and lynne. As only really see the afternoon staff. Always there if you have any problems or queries. Would recommend

I always love coming down here, the staff are amazing, (especially the Monday team) Katie and Lynne the smiles and kindness go a long way.. I couldn’t ask for a more welcoming team. The Wi-Fi has gone downhill in the last couple of months which is very much an issue as there isn’t any mobile signal. If this was rectified it would be perfect.

Upon arrival I was told about an issue with payment from our companies travel provider and I have to give a shout out to Kasey for being very patient with said travel provider as they weren’t the best at resolving the issue. I like to use this hotel for work as it’s fairly local to my office. The staffs friendly manner and excellent service cements it as my preferred hotel.

Have a lovely stay at Helston. Hotel located close to town and beaches. Staff really helpful when had an issue with noisy guest next door. Would recommend if it the area. Buffet Breakfast available next door in the pub, was plentiful and good quality. All in all a good stay and happy guests.

Been staying at Helston often over the last year. Always greeted politely and efficiency checked in either by Katie or Lynne. Staff in general are helpful and have resolved any issues efficiency. The only permanent issue is the WiFi which has been going on for some time and HQ have failed to resolve or just not interested in rectifying.

The Premier Inn at Helston is not worthy of it's brand. Unloved, uncared for and with incredibly poor standards of cleanliness outside the restaurant (although inside it was clean and presentable) and evidence of poor housekeeping in the bedroom where we stayed. A lack of attention to detail and very questionable 'leadership qualities' of it's staff.
