AAnonymous UserA few years ago, I wanted to stay at Xipo in Zhongwei, but couldn't get a reservation. This time, to avoid the National Day crowds, I traveled a long way to stay for two nights, and it was truly worth it.
The design, ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality are all exceptional. The restaurant's flavors easily won over my whole family, and I definitely gained weight after just a few meals there...
The housekeeper, Xiaojie, was fantastic. He responded promptly and responsive to every request, taking excellent care of us.
Every staff member I encountered at the B&B was incredibly welcoming. Beyond the usual politeness, they went a step further with a warm, ”welcome to our home” warmth, something you don't often find at peak tourist season.
The day we arrived, the sun was scorching. The staff member who escorted us to our room was quite slender. On the way, another customer called, and she immediately answered the phone, carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs with one hand. Her tone remained patient and attentive, which is truly commendable.
If I had a suggestion, it would be...get a membership for the TV in the room.

The reason why ”aunt” is that its environment is really good (see picture), and it is not an exaggeration to give five stars. The management uncle and the kitchen aunt in his family have given us a lot of help. Its dishes are also delicious.
This is another hotel that retains the old ”Shangrao taste”. From the software, it is too much to give three points.
Shangrao is a city with very rich tourism resources, but its tourism service is not a magnitude worse than the neighboring Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shanghai.
Shangrao is still a city that ”recognizes the mayor and does not recognize the market”. If you are a friend who recommends (not necessarily a mayor, how can there be so many mayors?), you are God, regardless of service or price. For example, Dongpo, the same room type, booked by a friend, 200 yuan a room, Trip.com diamond price 324, the difference is not a little bit.
There should be services in other places, but Dongpo does not. For example, the owner of the homestay connects beforehand. Go to Dongpo from the main city of Shangrao, according to Gaode navigation, there are mountains and heavy hills that cannot be used for caring for nearly five kilometers. How to avoid it, the homestay should tell you, but it does not. Secondly, the homestay is alone at the foot of the mountain, and there are few catering services around. If you don't order food in advance, you may not even have a place to buy instant noodles. There is no prompt at the homestay.
Staying in Dongpo, there is another very unpleasant thing: the room type mismatch dispute.
The comfortable bed room arranged for us was close to the swimming pool and noisy and humid. We proposed to change the standard room on the second floor. The owner of the hotel immediately implemented it. The double bed room and the standard room are actually 24 yuan. The two rooms are 48 yuan. The homestay did not mention it. We have no objection to this, just be happy. I am a friend who stayed on the second floor. Two of them entered a suite by mistake, and the matter was big.
The so-called suites have an extra balcony for viewing, which is not surprising. And they also exercised their obligation to inform. First, they declared the room number to the homestay and asked for the door password. Second, they found that there was no hot water in the room, and they again declared the room number to the homestay for maintenance (the homestay has no answer and no solution).
Such a room is actually a problem with the management of the homestay itself, and there is a mistake. The so-called suite without hot water. The homestay has no apologies for the lack of hot water throughout the day, but strongly asks us to make up for the difference, and you can't imagine the irritable and hysterical owner of the homestay at that time. In his eyes, we are not customers who come to consume, but unscrupulous ignorance - cheap **, **.
His food is delicious, and the cooking aunt is good. We affirmed this at the beginning. But we asked for a duck, 580 yuan, and when we can't finish eating, please warm the kitchen the next day, sorry, please pay the processing fee. A fried sweet potato leaf, a fried winter melon plus clear duck and Ge powder steamed meat heating fee, received 120 yuan, expensive or cheap, we don't know. Heat a dish of his family, but also pay the heating fee, we also met for the first time, long-term knowledge.
Because I was in a hurry, I felt uncomfortable, and a lunch box was forgotten in his kitchen. In most other places, for the big customers who book four rooms at a time, there will be a phone call, be polite, and ask for an address, and express delivery. But in Dongpo, you don't want to think about it, we don't plan to ask for it anymore.
Regarding Dongpo, we will not go again, and we do not recommend friends to go. Give a middle review, I never give others a bad review, everyone is not easy.
