Came to Hengyang to meet up with friends. Seeing the good reviews on Ctrip, I decided to choose Hengyang Shenlong Hotel, which is indeed worthy of its reputation. Get a free room upgrade upon check-in. There was a small problem with the bathroom in the room on the second day of my stay. I called customer service and someone came to take care of it within 1 minute. The aunt who cleans the room also serves the guests with a happy face, and the cleaning is very good.

I called customer service and found out that the air conditioner was being repaired. The next day, they said it had not been repaired and they sent me an electric fan.
