隱藏於一個公寓建築內，訂兩間房，分散於13樓和8樓。一間價格近300元，比長沙的連鎖酒店還要貴，明顯偏貴，無法接受。
房子很小很舊，室內門都沒有刷油漆。十分簡陋。像上世紀深圳等地的打工宿舍。

管家服務態度很好，回覆問題很及時，房間很大很乾凈，外面風景也很好，服務很細節，洗漱用品都是一次性的很衞生，投影儀很好用可以投屏，晚上看電影很爽，管家還細心地標註了使用方法，避免了很多麻煩，下次來還住這兒！
