It was my first time staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Hengyang. When I entered the hotel front desk, I met little sister Feifei. She checked us in quickly and was very warm and friendly. She also gave gifts to the children and patiently introduced the hotel's free services to us. There were midnight snacks in the evening and four meals a day were free. She made us feel very warm and I had a very good experience staying here.

A very satisfactory place to stay. When booking the room, I noted on Ctrip that today is my husband's birthday, and asked the hotel to help prepare a small cake. The housekeeper Feifei contacted me, asked for the specific details, and said that she would definitely help arrange it. It was almost nine o'clock when we arrived at the hotel, and we were very tired from the journey. When we entered the room, the children shouted happily: Great! The staff not only prepared a big cake, but also snacks and drinks, and even the room was decorated warmly and romantically, which was quite beautiful! The fatigue on my body was immediately relieved a lot. The hotel's four meals a day are all free, and we just caught up with the midnight snack without dinner. Feifei also went to the restaurant to tell the noodle cooking sister to make a longevity noodle for my husband, which was really touching! Although thousands of miles away from home, the father who celebrated his birthday ate cakes and longevity noodles; the children had their favorite toys and snacks; and the mother could sleep soundly. When checking in, we had a lot of luggage. The front desk attendant helped to send the luggage up, which saved a lot of trouble. The fruit tasted very good. Hygiene: Generally good Facilities: The small program for sending things is average. There are good reviews for robots and sewing box iodine, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted to hot or cold! I called the front desk and asked, there is no fan, it is a little stuffy, and I can only use chairs to put up some curtains for ventilation! The shower in the room has a little problem. When I turned on the shower head, the one above leaked. I think the toilet is not very smart. Hilton doesn't think it should be. Meals: Four meals a day, but there are only five dishes for dinner... I think it's better not to do it... Noodles are good for midnight snacks, and there are many good breakfast styles. Overall, it's not bad, but the price is a little high during the Spring Festival. You may have a better experience if you check in on weekdays!
